Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友喺九龍城附近, call我出嚟食飯。我心諗我好耐冇食泰國菜,好啦出去食嘢啦。出到去朋友問我食烤魚好唔好,我話九龍城唔係淨係食泰國菜㗎咋咩,佢話你咁嘅想法太out啦,九龍城其實有好多好嘢食,佢諗住今日帶我去地道川菜烤魚。去到餐廳門口發現小店裝修古色古香幾唔錯喎,幾有風味裝修。坐低咗侍應哥哥就問我食咩魚,跟住我就諗最好就冇骨啦,啖啖肉先啱我心水㗎嘛。之後就要揀份量,要原條大邊定細邊呢?其實都幾細心喎,兩個人都食唔到一條㗎啦,揀個大邊嘅黎食啦。之後梗係要揀口味啦,食親烤魚通常我只會揀酸辣烤魚,點知睇餐牌見到剩係得酸就冇辣,剩係得辣就唔酸,搞到我糾結咗好耐,究竟揀乜嘢好。呢個時候侍應哥哥超級Nice,行過嚟同我講加少少辣囉,你揀酸菜咁咪得囉。原來仲有隱藏Menu咁就梗係由佢發辦啦。等烤魚到之前就梗係食啲小食先啦,見到佢有串燒同埋啲款式都好多咁就揀咗食串燒,而且呢度係烤魚嚟㗎嘛,一定有魚皮嘅,所以我就揀咗麻辣魚皮開下胃。串燒好多選擇,我就叫咗六串$108每樣嗌一串同朋友分享啱啱好。麻辣魚皮,真係好好食,又嫩又滑,而且麻香加上少少酸少少辣真係好開胃。一下就食晒啦。烤魚嚟啦,我加咗娃娃菜放喺底烤魚酸菜好入味,而且魚肉新鮮白滑彈牙,而我最鍾意就係食配菜㗎啦,芫荽芹菜加落啲湯到香氣十足。鋅盤比較淺,咁樣就受熱平均,而且好快就滾起。一路食侍應就會不停咁樣加啲湯,完成晒條魚之後我仲加多咗個公仔麵落去一路吸湯一路食真係好正㗎。為咗唔好浪費啲咁好味嘅湯我仲叫咗牛柏葉添。呢餐真係好滿足呀。

每次去親九龍城都食泰國🇹🇭嘢,但嚟緊又飛✈️泰國,所以想食吓其他菜式,見到呢間烤魚嘅裝修好有風味,仲要五點前有優惠👀,試吓佢先一入舖頭已經聞到烤魚🐟嘅味道,好香👃🏻呀,因為香噴噴👶🏻都要食,所以揀咗香蒜味嘅烤魚,成盤都係蒜頭🧄,勁正店員幫我地剪開條魚,又話俾我知邊啲位冇咁多骨,怕小朋友👧🏻哽親,好有愛心💗啊慢慢食吓食吓,魚湯用嚟配腐皮、紅薯粉,吸返晒啲魚湯汁,好鮮甜,又有益除咗烤魚,呢度仲有唔同嘅串燒🍢選擇,叫咗原條茄子🍆,面頭鋪滿晒蒜頭,好食到停唔到口,而燒貢丸、燒墨丸嘅燒汁做得非常好 ,好細心切成一半 ,可以一啖食晒魚湯肥牛🐮烏冬,湯底同樣做得非常出色 ,好鮮味,無味精 ,真係好啱小朋友去
