To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次去親九龍城都食泰國🇹🇭嘢，但嚟緊又飛✈️泰國，所以想食吓其他菜式，見到呢間烤魚嘅裝修好有風味，仲要五點前有優惠👀，試吓佢先一入舖頭已經聞到烤魚🐟嘅味道，好香👃🏻呀，因為香噴噴👶🏻都要食，所以揀咗香蒜味嘅烤魚，成盤都係蒜頭🧄，勁正店員幫我地剪開條魚，又話俾我知邊啲位冇咁多骨，怕小朋友👧🏻哽親，好有愛心💗啊慢慢食吓食吓，魚湯用嚟配腐皮、紅薯粉，吸返晒啲魚湯汁，好鮮甜，又有益除咗烤魚，呢度仲有唔同嘅串燒🍢選擇，叫咗原條茄子🍆，面頭鋪滿晒蒜頭，好食到停唔到口，而燒貢丸、燒墨丸嘅燒汁做得非常好 ，好細心切成一半 ，可以一啖食晒魚湯肥牛🐮烏冬，湯底同樣做得非常出色 ，好鮮味，無味精 ，真係好啱小朋友去
