BB 1歲生日party除左佈置重要之外,就梗係要預備食物同咁多位大朋友,小朋友搞個大食會先夠氣氛啦,多人聚會就最適合叫到會,今次生日會我就叫左觀塘既Boon到會啦😄佢地到會食物種類有好多選擇,沙律,前菜,小食,主食,飯,意粉樣樣齊👏🏻 我都叫左好多唔同款式,當日最受歡迎就係意粉同雞翼,好快比大家食曬,整體食物質素都高😋雖然外賣比堂食質素一定會有所下降,但係佢地都好有效率,食物都係預約時間左右送度,食物仍然保持到應有既熱度,即使咁多唔同款式,全部都keep到接近堂食水準😍食物我固然滿意,我最欣賞係佢地既外賣盒做得好好,外賣盒同個外賣紙袋係fit size整既,送到黎既時候可以完整無缺咁攞上party room,有時有d餐廳用錫紙盤之類,會導致漏汁或者d食物撞到亂曬,爛曬,佢地係完全冇呢個情況,係保持食物質素既好重要一環🥳呢個生日party唔止我同老婆玩得開心食得開心,最重要黎玩既朋友都好滿意我既安排,都讚呢間到會揀得好🥰 continue reading

觀塘工廈近年興起不少隱世西式餐廳,這次經同事推介來到Boon品嚐午市套餐 🍽️ 餐廳的氛圍屬於簡約工業風、座位寬敞,適合三五知己聚餐。我們點了兩個套餐再加點了兩款薯條,人均消費約兩百五 🌟 🔥1. 鰹魚熟成封門柳🐮 ($158) 這道主菜賣相吸引,粉紅色的牛肉看起來熟度控制得宜,旁邊還配有香煎菇菌及少量沙律菜。然而,味道卻未如外觀般令人滿意 🙈 餐牌上標榜「鰹魚熟成」,但肉中完全感受不到熟成帶來的特別風味。肉質也是令人失望的一環,牛肉偏韌,咀嚼起來頗費力。伴菜菇菌雖然新鮮,但調味偏平淡🤔 🔥2. 香煎西班牙慢煮豬肉眼🐷 ($158)香煎豬肉眼的表現稍微好一些。豬肉外層煎得微脆,內裡保持適當的嫩度。然而,調味依舊是硬傷,肉本身的味道偏淡,讓人覺得略為單調 🙈 倒是配菜的薯仔成為亮點,煎得金黃香脆,散發出濃郁的牛油香氣,為整道菜增添了一點驚喜 🥔🧈🔥3. 明太子醬薯條 & 松露醬薯條🍟(各$58)沒想到加配的薯條卻成為整頓午餐的亮點。薯條份量十足,香脆不油膩,配搭的醬尤其出色👍🏻 明太子醬配上紫菜絲,鹹香濃郁,讓人一口接一口;至於松露醬,濃郁的菌香與薯條的酥脆感完美融合。兩種醬料的份量都很足夠,不會出現吃到一半不夠醬蘸的情況,值得推介!😋😋整體而言,對於人均兩百的消費來說,Boon的主菜表現讓人略感失望,味道與質素都非常一般 🥲 反而薯條意外地成為這次用餐的最大亮點,相對主菜更值得推薦 👍🏻 continue reading

之前都食過質數不錯,今天特意再去食,叫左鵝肝封門柳同埋帶子意大利飯。先上鵝肝封門柳,一入口。成碟都係微溫,個飯直頭唔熱,叫侍應整返熱。。之際,個意大利飯上,一食...生米...我再忍......到個飯再出,點知淨係叮返熱個飯,件鵝肝'蘇'到不得了,個飯溫度只比之前暖左,食多兩啖仲有冷飯味,又一舊舊...件冷冷的封門柳都唔知講咩......周年紀念專登黎食,食左餐咁嘅飯。回應係個廚房比較忙,會反映下 continue reading

同鄰居打完波之後,又出動搵嘢食。有個鄰居比較鍾意去啲Cafe,所以就揀咗呢一間試吓。好彩預先訂咗位,枱數唔多,空間感係幾足嘅。叫咗三set dinner再加少少小食。薯條上面滿滿的明太子醬,唔會太鹹係唔錯。成晚最鍾意食佢嗰個雞皮餃子,邪惡嘅雞皮烤得脆脆的,雞油連埋啲餃子肉真係完美嘅配搭。另外前菜加咗個詞語他他,賣相相當吸引識落口感都好清爽完全冇腥味。我自己就嗌咗杯開心果奶昔,超濃郁又夠smooth。另外鄰居俾咗啖雜莓沙冰俾我試,酸酸甜甜超開胃。主食就比較偏淡。鰹魚熟成封門柳、香煎鵝肝、糖心蛋配黑松露炊飯,呢個建議將個鵝肝同埋糖心蛋拌勻先至食,感覺會濃味好多。炙燒左口魚露荀糖心蛋意大利飯,全晚最淡口嘅一個煮食,近乎係冇味,呢個有少少失望。諗住去燒嗰個左口魚會有魚油嘅香味,但可惜係無。大蝦海膽醬忌廉意大利麵,呢個海膽醬反而冇我想像中咁濃,配返個大蝦個蝦都有蝦味處理得幾好。基本上除咗嗰左口魚之外,整體用餐都滿意。 continue reading
