話說呢間嘢係朋友食過覺得幾好所以帶我去試,之後都自己去咗兩次 頭嗰兩次覺得幾好,到第三次就覺得質素差咗,仲要店員有的chur,但又覺得價錢比較平所以再俾多次機會 Book咗三位下晝一點同朋友慶祝生日一坐低冇耐打開Menu , 1分鐘到 店員就企喺我哋隔離想幫我哋落單我即刻同佢講: 等我哋睇睇先佢即刻答我: 好啊 但仍然都係企咗喺度拎住紙筆🤦🏻‍♀️ 好大壓力喎我哋就望住大家, 生日個位朋友就話冇所謂等我地揀,另外一個朋友就指住二人餐就話好似幾好喎店員即刻講二人餐可以做三人,係咁建議我哋揀二人餐, 但其中一位朋友唔食牛,所以諗住商量吓先但係個店員一直企喺度,我地完全冇機會商量到,因為講乜佢都加把口講嘢 仲叫我哋照叫和牛嗰個餐,唔食牛就轉豚肉唔食牛個朋友就話:咁樣好似唔抵喎,仲有另外個餐都係多咗個煮蜆就貴左,仲要set好晒冇得揀一人餐仲可以自己選擇食乜最後佢見到我地唔想揀二人餐就話: 一係你哋揀一人餐啦,三個叫一個鵝肝share ,兩個大蝦完全冇問過我哋食唔食蝦定係想要帆立貝 ? 佢chur到咁我地都唔知可以點,就話OK佢再問我我哋加唔加刺身/天婦羅我哋又俾唔到反應,佢又話咁加一份先囉 然後我哋話OK 加一份刺身 (+$98)因為我唔食刺身,另外一個朋友個胃唔舒服左幾日,諗住俾佢食生冷嘢 佢又繼續chur : 咁加唔加天婦羅啊?其中一個朋友就話唔洗,之後佢就行咗去然後我哋就好好奇點解佢冇問揀咩牛 因為有得揀薄同厚咁我就即刻叫佢過嚟同佢講我哋三個set,一個要豬佢就好大反應: 你哋唔係三個都要豬咩? 由頭到尾我地都係講有一個人唔食牛咋嘛 🤦🏻‍♀️之後都幫我哋改返兩個食牛其實之後講返,我哋係想叫一個貴嘅二人餐加一個一人餐轉豬肉 今次d嘢都係再差咗,個牛柳比較韌 要咬好耐食到炒飯同炒菜,個炒飯有青椒紅椒,炒芽菜冬菇自己又唔鍾意食所以擺低咗唔食我哋一路食一路傾緊買護膚品,間中有攞電話睇吓有咩好買然後我拎住朋友電話諗住share wifi俾佢,因為佢電話收唔到我唔知個店員覺得我哋喺度撳電話會食好耐定點? 其實都唔係長期撳電話,我哋一路食一路傾偈咁啱啲嘢唔啱食所以我冇食到,自己喺度睇電話,朋友仲喺度食緊嗰陣先係1:50 ( 我本身book咗一點,早5分鐘入去,照計加埋點餐都只係55分) 個店員就過嚟問: 你哋趕唔趕時間㗎?我哋都O咗嘴問佢咩意思佢話睇吓我哋趕時間嘅話就會快啲上埋啲嘢下 ? ? ? 個餐係得返嘢飲或者甜品咋喎 ? 我哋食緊飯同炒菜喎? 你一係問我哋想要嘢飲或者甜品幫我哋落定單先都好呀,點解會問我哋趕唔趕時間? 定係你哋趕時間啊? 如果係得一個鐘食lunch,咁趕我就唔同人慶祝生日啦 ! 仲有,個師傅見情況咁尷尬,之後就話送焦糖麵包俾我食 我朋友唔知仲細細聲同我講: 乜咁好 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 好好笑呀,我今次係第四次 之前嗰三次邊一次食係冇焦糖麵包呢? 係本身個餐已經有啦 完全理解唔到 , 我哋影相食埋生日蛋糕買單走人先係 ~2:15-2:20 上年12月同人慶祝生日嘅時候佢哋又係太熱情,我哋傾緊偈嘅時候都係無啦啦加把口講嘢 今次又係咁 其實有冇諗過我哋想唔想呢? 懶係熱情有服務但係其實…. 我覺得多咗,反而令到我哋食得唔舒服,有啲反感一開始睇Menu已經企喺度比壓力, 你話我哋睇咗Menu 10分鐘都揀唔到就話啫 食咗一個鐘又問我哋趕唔趕時間? 又唔係多人到等着我哋張枱做第二台客 本身仲諗住試多次,點知今次真係太失望食物質素已經差咗 ,加埋咁嘅服務….. 唔會再有下次幫襯! continue reading

位於荔枝角嘅鐵板燒,質素絕對唔差無論前菜,炸物,海鮮,和牛,全部都好新鮮前菜係一個蕃茄沙律,呢個料理加咗少少醋做個醬汁,酸酸地幾開胃另外仲有一小碟醃青瓜,凍螺,同埋凍醃番薯繼續有帶子,大大粒,仲有一個特製嘅醬汁配上,之前配搭亦唔會搶咗帶子嘅鮮味嚟緊有個鱈魚,廚師將魚皮煎到好脆,但魚肉好嫩滑,唔會煮到老咗,擺盤好靚都好好食嚟到主要嘅龍蝦,原隻上鐵板,見到龍蝦都仲識郁!龍蝦頭放埋一邊備用,龍蝦肉半生熟嘅口感真係好彈牙,時間啱啱好唔太生唔太熟然後我哋有薄燒和牛同埋牛柳,牛柳三成熟係最好選擇,而薄燒和牛廚師都好細心,會先問我哋食唔食蔥同埋蒜片先開始做,當然識食嘅我梗係全都要啦!蒜片大塊又鬆脆,唔會食到成口油,和牛五至七成熟,如果喜歡香口啲就可以叫廚師煎到全熟。最尾就係可以揀烏冬或者炒飯,而我梗係揀咗炒飯,因為炒飯乾身香口,我覺得係鐵板燒最好嘅結尾。當然仲有甜品揀啦,可以揀時令生果或者雪糕,而我就揀咗生果有蜜瓜同埋提子,清一清口腔,為呢一餐鐵板燒完美落幕。總括嚟講,我覺得喺荔枝角呢個地區,食到咁高質嘅鐵板燒真係都幾難得,價錢合理,服務都可以,最緊要係食完唔會成身鐵板燒味,餐廳通風系統做得好好,另外值得一讚嘅係,廚師做每一道菜都會先問你嘅飲食喜好,仲有龍蝦頭會用嚟熬湯,將每一個食材用盡,每一道菜都會介紹俾你,我絕對推介大家值得一試!好味指數:😋😋😋😋 continue reading
