Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友生日約好星期一放工後一起去鯉魚門海德公園酒家食海鮮。如果經官塘坐小巴落車站行過去大約需要5-7分鐘時間。這酒家位置就在紹香園店對面,大家仲可以在這紹香園老店買琥珀合桃,因為這裏買會新鮮啲而且仲平過出面添。我哋一到達後就到他們介紹的海鮮店選海鮮,好新鮮的海鮮,我們選了6款海鮮而且仲點了兩款蔬菜。賴尿蝦新鮮又肥美;扇貝鮮甜加上蒜蓉粉絲同豉油混合一起食可以講係絕配。上湯大𧎚米粉餅好有驚喜,無想過隻𧎚可以大到好似隻細Size 龍蝦咁,而且爽甜彈牙,加上煎香的米粉餅配合就好似食上湯龍蝦伊麵一樣。但米粉餅有些焦香感覺,如果喜歡食飯焦嘅朋友一定喜歡。聖子、花螺及炒菜比較一般的味道,而奄仔蟹就非常出色,可能新鮮又多膏所以好好味。而最驚喜的菜色竟然係酥炸茄子,外脆內軟好豐富口感。最後,酒樓仲送了水果拼盤,糖水給我們。全餐飯好滿足,值得提介。 continue reading

家裡有長輩生日,一年X度入鯉魚門食海鮮,似乎係指定動作。喺海德酒家食圍餐就最划算。連蕎頭小食都咁大粒,見微知著,就知道餐廳用料足啦!避風塘瀨尿蝦,乾身左D,好多蝦尾。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,豉油全部喺底,係咪怕客人覺得太鹹,所以要自己舀?感覺應該上檯前淋上一層豉油吧?鮑魚爽口彈牙,絕對係新鮮既保證。波士頓龍蝦伊麵:不過不失吧,伊麵少左D,轉一圈幾乎都無曬D麺底了。龍蝦肉算彈牙,但可以更加鮮味。香港匯聚中西文化,但一家人圍在一起共享美食既文化,始終係我最愛。飲杯!酒樓貼心為我地準備冰塊飲Whiskey,讓我地盡興一番。最最最推薦既菜:鹽焗奄仔蟹!啖啖肉!天然鹽巴同蟹肉咸香簡直無得頂!隻隻漲卜卜!飯後水果:香甜到爆既本地芒果。如果唔係當晚突然落大雨趕住走,一定會問邊度買,真係好香!感謝餐廳為老人家送上壽包,飽餐一頓後已經無位擺壽包了。就等我地帶住呢份祝福,翻去再食吧! continue reading

第一次帶隊食海鮮,完全不知哪一間好。查看某網誌,聽說這間大廚不錯,再看過環境,乾淨企理,於是就膽粗粗試了這一間。去到酒家坐底就有三碟小食,花生、皮蛋和橋頭蒜,三碟收費已$90。預左在那裏食海鮮,又無相熟的人,實會被人劏,就豪一次吧!這間酒家直接在明月海鮮檔揀取海鮮,價錢全由老闆娘定段,沒有明碼實價。當晚,我們選取了蝦、蜆、鮑魚、生蠔、星斑、聖子、龍蝦和蟹,個人認為七個人點八樣海鮮,夠誇張吧這間的大廚把海鮮烹飪得不錯, 火候控制得剛剛好,海鮮都非常鮮甜肥美,調味又合到好處,不太鹹不太淡。 只是生蠔及龍蝦伊麵差了點,生蠔不夠鮮甜,上湯龍蝦伊麵過於漏。 菜式出場次有點慢及亂。 本以為頭盤食生蠔,誰知食了幾款後才到它出場,還要我們提醒侍應才有它的出現。 我們的菜式是食完一碟再隔一段時間才出第二道,有點兒等得不耐煩。前往這間酒家是穿過走廊,走廊柱上寫住食滿$3500 送炒蜆或另一道菜式(忘記了哪一道) 到了結賬時,才發現那是隔離那一間的,有點兒混淆顧客,但最後都有海鮮湯、水果盤及糖水送。 大家前往這間酒家要問清楚是否有柱上寫住的promotion。總結這間的食評, 海鮮是美味的,服務就有點慢及亂。至於價錢,因沒有比較其他酒家,不只值不值,還是給人大劏了。 continue reading
