To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說剛路過樂富商場B區，老公話想食焗一哥豬扒飯，我自己唔想食咁多肉，見到有素菜肉絲扒豆腐，餐牌張相幾好，似炸了的布包淋滑豆腐，結果，取餐後發現佢嘅賣相嚇親人，現街邊兩餸飯都不如，食落去仲驚嚇，米係比劣等好少少，豆腐原來係長形薄身，炸到又干又硬嗰種巨難食，5或6元成本收了＄53連飲品，而老公焗豬扒飯是用外賣盒上的，唔知焗了多久，焗到出曬倒汗水，豬扒的質感只可以用 梅淋來形容！唯祗有影我那份餐，真實個案，並無虛言！最後，地方清潔都是欠佳， 兩張座椅全部是乾了的茶漬！未食過咁差的分店 continue reading

天氣實在太熱了，動一動便流哂汗，要不停補充水分。到樂富逛街，覺口喝便到了大家樂。二人叫了一個下午茶餐，粒粒紅豆冰和花生醬西多士$23，再加熱檸水$8。西多士兩塊故二人可以各分亨一件，雖然見到三角方包中間夾有啡色的醬，但吃入口不覺花生醬味，蛋味卻吃得到。另外，只供給一個牛油搽上多士面，沒有給糖漿。對我來説沒有糖醬不重要，因亦不吃太甜的。紅豆冰味淡，紅豆粒不太多，不過$23兩樣都算底食。熱檸水平時買$11，下午茶平$3，也合理。另外，店內有一員工口不停説多謝光臨，敬業樂業精神值得嘉許。 continue reading
