馬鞍山友當然收工就返馬鞍山食晚餐啦,我平時好少係哩間餐廳食晚餐,因為佢岩岩開張時試過晚餐一般,所以之後都係lunch會黎食下🙈今次打算俾多次機會佢🙆🏼‍♀️🙆🏼‍♀️我同男朋友一人叫左一個扒餐,哩個係跟餐既蒜蓉包,個包有d凍,要點落d湯度食會好咪d,但係好香蒜蓉味👍🏻我叫左個肉眼扒,食扒我習慣叫三成熟,咁樣牛肉係最「淋」既。佢個扒煎得唔錯,肉質夠嫩而且成數都算準確👍🏻👍🏻男朋友叫左個雜扒,我試左一啖雞扒,嗯.....我覺得同牛扒比,哩個雜扒就差d ,雞扒太乾身啦😂😂但整體黎講都係有進步既,下次黎我會繼續食牛扒🤣🤣 continue reading

由於自己週不時有去行下山嘅嗜好, 好多時會走返出口時經過人地村屋,而某天聽收音機主持介紹話呢條大水坑出口村屋街內有幾值得支持的小店,之前同友人行馬鞍山落山時已經來過一次下午茶, 價位,份量同味道都滿意,這天帶埋太座來試一次, 這天也是天清氣朗, 午餐價位是只有$47/ $49 兩種價錢, 以$47居多, 我自己要了香噴噴咖哩雞飯$47 咖哩以黃薑粉色為主,所以是金光燦爛那類黃色甚是吸晴, 咖哩汁偏多亦是港人偏好, 雞肉係脾肉無投訴, 辣味只是中間偏淡, 適合怕辣或者勉強食得辣的朋友, 唯一是整碟飯沒有任何綠色的菜, 應該俾些西蘭花之類的緑色植物會好一點, 顏色同營養上都可以加返D分!太座係瑞士汁香茅豬扒意粉同樣$47, 其實字面上睇幾九唔搭八, 瑞士點同泰式結合? 反正大家都明白係豉油西餐, 就咁寫甜醬油香茅豬扒咪得囉, 豬扒都算夠大件, 甜醬油亦無甩轆, 香茅氣味一般吧, 兩個餐湯唔算太突出但亦唔難飲, 只要中午天氣好這小店值得來享受一下這被青山環繞的景色, 放眼望去都是綠色的環境下用餐, 在現在的香港來說都可算係奢侈的一種, 雖然現在好多高級食肆都標榜住在摩天樓上睇住維港景用餐有多奢華,但始終那只是以人工搭建, 但這店傳說中的錫紙黑椒焗雞脾還是未有機會試到, 因為店方說午餐餐牌上的菜式係隔禮拜輪流更換, 唯有等下一次吧!另一次來是四月尾30/April 上馬鞍山在這裡出來時經過要咗個下午茶餐的茄汁肉醬意粉, 茄醬味道剛剛好, 肉末就梗係豬肉啦, 整體係幾好食嘅! continue reading

踩單車日,天氣又熱又焗,去到大水坑村,搵野食先,望落鋪頭環境唔錯,好多人等位,我地唔想坐外面,竟然鋪裡面兩位即刻有位,即入啦。食物選擇唔多,揀了鹽焗雞脾飯和青咖喱牛肉飯,等10分鐘,食物就到啦,賣相普通,鹽焗雞脾飯用錫紙包住雞脾焗,所以夠味,幾香,而且雞脾肉質都算滑嫩,煮得用心,值回票價。青咖喱牛肉飯, 麻麻地,先講青咖哩汁,太辣,唔香,茄子不是泰國茄子,牛肉就差了,好厚,好大塊,好大舊,好硬,好鞋,唔好味,不過一睇就知係廚師切得求其。 continue reading

一行4人再次踏上單車精靈訓練員之路(雖然無乜人玩)。當然要醫醫肚先啦免得餓死街頭。食返食開嘅依間嘢。話今次坐喺出面啲枱扮文青喎。睇你扮得幾耐格仔枱布好有野餐feel。叫咗依個brunch set。賣相不錯。薯角。新鮮炸起正。個蛋唔夠滑炒得比較乾身。菇。有菇味。司華力腸煙肉三文魚牛角包正常份量唔算太多。另外叫咗個瑞士汁香茅豬扒飯。本身唔夠汁囉要request。個汁甜甜哋但唔算太瑞士。豬扒都煎得香同juicy嘅但略嫌肥。不過份量夠大。有兩大塊豬扒餐飲都係嗰啲啦。奶茶都不錯的。依間餐廳嘅午餐都有十幾樣選擇。食物質素都ok。價錢都唔貴。算係咁。 continue reading
