To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Weekend 遲起身無食lunch,下午茶時間有d 肚餓,落到黎牛奶冰室,諗住會平d,點知呢一個set都已經55蚊… 我叫左個五香肉丁米粉加炒蛋多士同埋凍檸茶,五香肉丁一般般,d 米粉有d 半透明,質地唔似米粉,d 湯…唔識欣賞,唔似平時常餐d 湯底。不過個炒蛋同多士唔錯。凍檸茶係已經沖好無檸檬果隻,雖然聽落會覺得好化學,但飲落d 味差唔多,同埋唔洗自己篤檸檬。不過下午4點幾呢個價錢,我覺得太貴 但overall又唔係難食嘅…

係香港食市死得的聲音中, 竟然比我食到一餐有心有味道的連鎖店晚餐。 昨晚黎到久違了的牛奶冰室, 不帶期望因為之前食過, 已知服務及食物係“HK style”。 落單掃code發覺無法加上特別要求“少油”, 竟然比位有心的侍應行經聽到, 主動回應我可以幫手要求, 侍應黃小姐忙完轉頭立即到我位人手落單, 態度禮貌一流。 點了魚香茄子及咕嚕肉, 果真少油,食得舒服, 唯白飯稍為多水有dd爛。黃小姐主動放上碗,方便我兩人share 食。 整個晚餐, 因為服務有心增添了不少人情味道。 埋單走去多謝黃小姐服務希望送出鼓勵, 竟然聽到一句“唔好咁講, 應該嘅”。 香港如果繼續有呢種曙光, 就唔會被睇死。

星期一11點半落單,大概等咗半個鐘先有得食⋯同時間隔離幾台客都喺度催緊嗌咗楊州炒飯,Menu睇落個樣唔錯點知上到嚟係咁嘅樣啲飯唔乾身,料更加少得可憐最多嘅係紅蘿蔔,叉燒定唔知肉粒同粒米差不多size,只可以講師傅刀功真係好勁絕對無下次

我去外賣店自取了五香肉丁麵,整體質素普通。麵條有點過軟,且缺乏彈性。五香肉丁的味道尚可,但肉質有些老硬。湯頭的味道普通,缺乏濃郁的鮮味。整體而言,這碗五香肉丁麵並沒有什麼特別之處,就是一份普通的快餐。

早出門的一天,總需要一個茶餐廳早餐來令自己開心快活一下。這一次就決定留在鳥溪沙站附近找找看。發現到,對面橋迎海商場的大部份食肆都改頭換面了。而其中一間新開的,叫《牛奶冰室》。《牛奶冰室》算是一個比較有名的連鎖茶餐廳品牌,咁就一於試試啦。早餐的公仔麵套餐,包一個炒滑蛋同牛油多士。那炒滑蛋的確有水準,是半熔半熟,香味十足的一份炒蛋。入口除香口之外,也足夠地嫩滑。牛油多士上的是蒜蓉牛油,吃起來更加之香口。早餐的主食,是一碗濃濃香香的雞扒麵。湯底夠濃,仿佛有醃雞肉的豉油汁,雞粉及其他的。勝過純雞粉清湯好多聲。而雞扒就預先切好粒,方便大家食用。奶茶,是一杯夠熱的奶茶。但味道就有少少過澀,奶味明顯地俾茶味蓋過了。感覺只是一般。我不太喜歡。以環境同早餐的食物出品來說,這可以說是很好,很滿意的一餐。早上的這一餐,吃得開心滿意,是特別精神爽利的。
