To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早出門的一天,總需要一個茶餐廳早餐來令自己開心快活一下。這一次就決定留在鳥溪沙站附近找找看。發現到,對面橋迎海商場的大部份食肆都改頭換面了。而其中一間新開的,叫《牛奶冰室》。《牛奶冰室》算是一個比較有名的連鎖茶餐廳品牌,咁就一於試試啦。早餐的公仔麵套餐,包一個炒滑蛋同牛油多士。那炒滑蛋的確有水準,是半熔半熟,香味十足的一份炒蛋。入口除香口之外,也足夠地嫩滑。牛油多士上的是蒜蓉牛油,吃起來更加之香口。早餐的主食,是一碗濃濃香香的雞扒麵。湯底夠濃,仿佛有醃雞肉的豉油汁,雞粉及其他的。勝過純雞粉清湯好多聲。而雞扒就預先切好粒,方便大家食用。奶茶,是一杯夠熱的奶茶。但味道就有少少過澀,奶味明顯地俾茶味蓋過了。感覺只是一般。我不太喜歡。以環境同早餐的食物出品來說,這可以說是很好,很滿意的一餐。早上的這一餐,吃得開心滿意,是特別精神爽利的。
