香港🇭🇰都食到地道🤤羊肉推薦:打卡至尊羊肉拼盤(100-120片)呢個拼盤真係好豐富,羊肉質感非常好,鮮嫩多汁,食落去唔會有腥味,超好味!仲可以食到不同部位,佢哋全部都係新鮮羊肉,並非冰鮮肉同埋都係自家農場有養羊🐑💗傳統清水鍋*清水鍋好簡單,但係可以保留食材本身嘅味道,搭配羊肉係一流!💗招牌羊來勒經典烤羊肉串呢串羊肉串真係一絕,香氣四溢,外脆內嫩,真係食一串就停唔到!💗皇帝菜皇帝菜色澤鮮艷,口感好脆甜品都好出色,燉冰糖雪梨🍐同埋綠豆沙,食咗之後心情都好好😋老闆應該開多間甜品鋪! continue reading

旺角區打邊爐嘅餐廳一大堆,大部分都係主打食牛,呢間新開嘅就特別啲,主打食羊仲要係蒙古頂級羊肉。店嘅裝修比我嘅印象係香港大排檔混合咗工業風,空間夠晒大俾人一種好舒適嘅感覺。卜卜蜆濃湯鍋湯底揀咗蜆濃湯,湯料有蜆、紅棗、杞子、豆腐同皮蛋,口味十分鮮甜,滾到最尾都保持到唔會越嚟越咸,忍唔住飲咗幾碗。三款店員大力推介嘅羊肉,各有特式而最重要係幾乎完全食唔出有羶味,平常唔食羊嘅都啱食。百日羔羊肉-肉味最重嘅一款,入口口感夠軟身。頂級羊上腦肉-肥瘦均勻,脂肪比較平均嘅部份,肉味夠之餘多咗一陣奶香味,幾特別。特級高鈣肉-肉味介乎於係羔羊肉同羊上腦之間,都係有陣陣奶香味,但肉嘅邊邊會有軟骨,食落更爽口。油麥菜、娃娃菜、馬鈴薯、響鈴3款蔬菜都食得出非常之新鮮,其中油麥菜嘅清甜更係同湯底好夾,而平常要滾好耐先熟嘅馬鈴薯,可能因為銅鍋設計嘅關係熱度夠集中熟得好快,呢樣我覺得好加分👍🏻。咩記打邊爐 (旺角)旺角通菜街61號德發大廈2樓 continue reading

本地情懷火鍋店,首間本地火鍋主打內蒙古羊肉~佢地羊肉嘅特點係不腥不羶~如果你本身唔食羊,好驚啲羊太臊,可以同店員講,佢哋會準備一個小驚喜比你,你試完之後話唔定從此愛上了吃羊~最熱賣嘅四款羊肉,分別係頂級羊上腦、高鈣羊肉、羔羊肉和尾巴肉。頂級羊上腦肉質細嫩,帶有獨特奶香呢個部位活動頻繁,肉實緊實细嫩,脂肪均勻~係我最鍾意的部位。高鈣羊肉嫩滑,脂肪少,筋骨結合,口感香脆,帶嚼勁,而且營養豐富。羔羊肉肉質係4款之中最鮮嫩,取自一歲以內的小羊,肉色帶少少粉紅色,適合清爽口感的人。尾巴肉其他店舖比較少見。食落富膠質,風味十足,油脂豐盈,肥而不膩。被稱為冬令補品,好適合冬天食,體虛畏寒嘅人食完暖笠笠。湯底方面,我就揀咗鴛鴦鍋-卜卜蜆濃湯鍋和傅統清水鍋。前者可以淥羊肉以外的食物,例如:海鮮類、菌類;後者主要淥羊肉,咁樣就可以100%嚐到羊肉的鮮味~菜單更有提供串燒和糖水營業至宵夜時段,絕對係朋友聚會好地方! continue reading
