好友生日當然要好好慶祝一下,老婆找到這間位於旺角的樓上私房菜;店舖不算很大,除了大堂幾張枱外,還有三間私人房間。因大部份菜式已事先預訂,所以等到人齊便可直接叫起菜。😋首先上場的是「杏汁花膠白肺湯」,杏汁味非常香濃,甜度不算高,配上香滑爽口的花膠,確實好喝。採用香煎方法烹調的「陳皮鮮沙薑煎深海龍躉脊」,食落膠質感滿滿,魚肉鮮嫩滑溜,再配上鮮沙薑的獨特香氣,惹味又好食,超正。皮脆肉嫩的「脆皮鹽香雞」,外皮焗至金黃酥脆,肉質鮮嫩有咬口,品種不算大隻,五個人食感覺有點小。鮮嫩Q彈的「冰鎮醉鮑魚」,酒香入味,最適合用刀叉慢慢享用。大大隻的「聖子皇(隻)蒜茸粉絲蒸」,生熟度控制適宜,肉質爽嫩鮮甜,加上煮得入味的蒜茸粉絲,非常出色。最後加多幾款小食及炒麵,除了鍋貼外,其它大部分也有一定水準;想不到這間私房菜的水準這麼高,每人不用四百元,便可品嚐到,確實超值。在大堂每枱只要消費滿二千元,便可享免開瓶費服務,看來來這裏設酒局也可值得考慮一下。🤔#杏汁花膠白肺湯/位 $52#陳皮鮮沙薑煎深海龍躉脊 $218#脆皮鹽香雞 $194#冰鎮醉鮑魚 $210#聖子皇(隻)蒜茸粉絲蒸 $68#沙薑豬手(小食) $78#薑汁芥蘭 $80#豉油王銀芽炒麵 $88#東北煎鍋貼 $65#老虎菜伴雞絲(小食) $78#如一地址: 旺角花園街75-77號花園商業大廈1樓電話: 59827389

我地一行12人去咗試旺角呢間中菜小館,食物高質,大家都飲飽食醉咁離開。以下是必試的驚喜之作:片皮鵝二食 (預訂) $860燒得肥美的鵝皮酥脆,帶有鵝油香氣,搭配軟饃、蔥絲和青瓜,大家都讚不絕口。胡椒花蝦 (預訂)$800一上枱就勁香胡椒味,但胡椒味無蓋過蝦既鮮甜。雞油花雕蒸花蟹配法包 (預訂)$1276花蟹好鮮甜,但係呢度菜式上都只係算配角,主角反而係花蟹下面既蒸蛋。蒸蛋吸收哂雞油同花蟹既精華,配上牛油法包,令人食唔停口。水煮牛肉 $148出乎意料的好味道,小辣大麻,勁啱我口味。籠仔荷葉鮮沙薑陳皮煎雞飯(半隻)$ 158飯又係吸收哂荷葉陳皮既香味同雞既精華,就算平時唔食飯既朋友都忍唔住食左成碗。杏汁花膠白肺湯$624好香濃既杏汁,好啱嗰晚凍凍地既天氣。其他菜式就正式發揮:冰鎮醉鮑魚 $204如一小炒皇 $108鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉 $98香煎墨魚餅 $176金銀蛋浸時蔬$88薑汁芥蘭 $80

位於旺角鬧市中一棟商業大廈裡面既私房菜座位不多,要先前訂位有啲菜式要視乎當日食材靚唔靚仲有啲功夫菜式要提前同餐廳預訂話梅蕃石榴 $45開胃前菜,番石榴夾埋話梅咸咸酸幾好食杏汁花膠白肺湯 $52/位滋潤既湯水,好飲,杏汁唔會好濃,不過豬肺我就唔食,所以冇試到蒜片牛柳粒 $98牛柳煎得剛好,唔會過熟,可以配埋脆脆既蒜片一齊食香煎墨魚餅 $88墨魚餅煎得好香,食落彈牙鹽焗奄仔 $198/隻哩個時候岩食奄仔蟹,好多膏😍招牌欖角排骨 $98招牌菜👍🏻欖菜既咸香配上甜甜既蜜糖,忍唔住食完一件又一件😬咸牛油胡椒焗大海蝦 $33/隻辣辣地既胡椒加上牛油既香味,海蝦大隻彈牙,好惹味!滿意既一餐,睇落仲有好多款菜式可以下次再黎試其他😋

上次同幾位女士,食唔到d乜,只係記得醉鮑魚大隻又好食同筍殼魚好味,今次再嚟搵咗d有食力嘅朋友試真D。前菜:話梅番石榴,石榴入曬話梅味,咸咸地得嚟又唔會無曬石榴味椒鹽白飯魚,外脆內軟醉鮑魚,大隻、酒味香、入味鮑魚諗香煎墨魚餅,攞過嚟已經香氣撲鼻,入口彈牙,如果加埋有一粒粒嘅墨魚就無敵主菜鹽焗手撕雞,皮爽雞肉滑,略嫌鹹咗啲溫公齋煲,南乳味好出砵酒桶蠔,呢個就一般,蠔juicy可惜砵酒味唔夠出紅燒豆腐,豆腐好滑油浸龍躉仔,本嚟留筍殼魚,不過無貨,轉用龍躉仔,肉就容易鬆散啲都OK,不過個人都係鍾情筍殼魚多D欖角骨,唔韌肉諗,微微蜜糖甜味主食招牌炒粉絲,乾身好味總結:所有菜式,都不過不失,小店經營,氣氛融洽,價錢合理,朋友聚腳聊天,不二之選。
