見到佢午餐幾抵食,$38蚊起,最平嘅牛扒$55,出邊有自助吧任食,有飯、沙律、湯,自助吧幾衞生,沙津分好一罐罐,自已加汁,但飲品要加$7罐,叫了一份魚柳及肉眼,炸魚柳有兩塊,大小適中,幾脆下。肉眼扒大約有150-200g,肉質唔錯,上碟時全生,自己係石版上面煎,肉質唔會話好鞋,幾有牛味,佢個黑椒汁味道幾濃,幾好食,醬汁出面自已任攞。埋單唔使加一,如果呢個價錢係旺角有呢個質素同食得飽,真係幾抵食,Cp值高。

閒日晚上9點,望入鋪頭見拖緊地,以為收鋪,原來都可以食到12點。鋪頭完全冇人,心諗可能係伏或者係新鋪,不過唔緊要,新鋪要支持,伏就當咩都試下。 p.s 坐咗陣都有其他客人。一坐低,放低menu望咗陣,想叫肉眼扒同封門柳,cashier 哥哥即刻有咩好食,拖地姐姐就介紹有湯同沙律任食,服務相當到位。叫咗肉眼180g (~6oz) , $78女仔夠食啦。的確唔係好重肉味,哥哥提我哋唔好太熟,所以冇overcook , 口感都不錯。朋友叫咗封門柳(300g~10oz) ($158)標榜肉味重,肉味係重啲啲。另外重有沙律任食,一個個樽咁都衛生,醬有和風,沙律同千島。自己揀湯係羅宋湯,冇牛粒,個人鍾意濃啲傑啲嘅,不過佢唔係稀到水嗰隻,係正常嘅,都好飲。飲品加7蚊任飲,有冷泡茶,韓國蘆薈汁,烏龍茶,汽水同支裝啤酒,好足夠。白飯就差少少,乾得滯,應該真係太夜,飯煲剩番5/6碗。

石板燒唔係新鮮嘢,但係玩下都幾過癮嘅。呢到一睇,應該出名牛,不過我唔食牛嘅。又要試石板燒,其實選擇不多。飲品要加錢,是但啦!試下嘛。麵豉湯任飲,一般,一碗夠了。仲有個羅宋湯,都好一般,可不理。沙律菜出得幾慢,要等佢出,正常沙律菜囉,又係任食,都要食多幾次掛。而個飯又係任食,可自由加飯素,咁梗係落多D啦!仲有叫左個炸魚柳 夠脆口,都新鮮。而重點來了,就係石板燒肉。主角出場了,叫左個西斑牙腩肉 ,上菜就慢左D,因為下午人手唔夠喎。燒之前記得問佢攞定膨脹400斤圍裙呀,D油真係彈得好勁嫁。燒肉過程超好玩 你問我肉好唔好食,其實都算唔靭,都有肉味,叫新鮮肉,夠肥得夠又唔覺油膩嘅,不過其次了,黎自己燒下肉,熱辣辣咁食,已物超所值啦!至於我飲左個自家制蜜桃烏龍冷泡菜,真係有蜜桃味。想燒住食,又唔想去郊外燒嘢食,石皮燒係一個選擇。

見網上有優惠券,咁就一抱心態試吓啦。網上買左98蚊個劵, 點知最後比左幾塊肥牛質素既牛肉片我,份量又少,如果係男去食就一定唔夠飽啦,味道我就覺得麻麻,求其響超市買塊牛肉可能都靚過佢。飲品仲要唔包要自己加錢,因為太口渴最後叫咗桂花烏龍同蜜糖烏龍, 但都好難飲。同埋間餐廳嘅環境好差,除咗油煙味,我都理解,因為係燒鐵板牛,所以我唔 mind。但我竟然聞到除咗油煙味嘅臭味,真係一坐落其實就想走,不過事先訂咗劵,焗住食,一食完拿拿林就走。對呢間店完全失望,中伏餐廳,要環境差食物質素又差,不過一不可再。

真係相都廢事影鋪面唔大,差唔多9點去食,成間鋪得4枱人左右。大部分牛肉嘅選擇已經售罄,最想食嘅M7同M9都已經冇晒貨,唯有揀美國牛。同朋友一齊落order, 朋友都食左一半,我嗰塊都未嚟。一嚟到賣相已經唔得,幾塊薄肉就咁放左喺塊石板上面,唔明點解要等咁耐。平時食石燒,300g都食唔晒,今日肚餓諗住食多啲,叫左個360g。食完仲食左兩碗飯,都唔覺得飽,個人認為啲肉係唔夠360g, 如果唔係唔會唔飽。肉質方面,我係食牛肩胛肉眼,分左4塊上。幾塊肉都好薄,馬上醒水將幾塊肉搭起,等佢唔好韌。但食第一塊時就已經韌晒,唯有咋咋林將其餘3塊都即刻切開,擺落隻碟度,如果唔係真係韌到食唔到。牛肉方面亦無咩牛味。全店唯一叫做好味嘅係佢個珍珠飯,食左兩碗…
