主打台式滷味的 燈籠滷味 之前在銅鑼灣吃過,原來現在旺角朗豪坊也有分店,就座位的話都是需要搭枱的。有實體餐牌,但下單的話都是使用QR Code。可能是人頗多的關係,上餐速度不算很快,會需要等一些時間。🍜 內在之美滷味配自選麵 (HKD 73)滷味包括大腸、豬耳朵、麻吉燒、金針菇和黑木耳,都幾豐富的喔。沒有將大腸的肥油完全清掉,但滷水的味道已滲透其中,所以沒吃到怪味。豬耳朵也是十分入味,口感Q彈得來帶脆身。麵的話選了王子麵,幼細的麵條沾了太多滷水略鹹了點。🍜豬軟骨手工烏龍麵 (HKD 73)選了甜蔥香醬油,每一條烏龍麵都沾滿了醬油,所以每一口都超甜。豬軟骨很入味,入口都夠軟嫩,但和甜的烏龍麵好像不太夾。🥤清新冬瓜仙草檸檬 (+HKD 18)手工麵那個可以加錢點飲品。這杯是少冰半甜。不過冰不怎覺得有少到,半甜的甜度對於不喜歡太甜的朋友剛好。 continue reading

 最近很想念台灣美食,暫時無法飛到當地,就來吃台灣菜止一止渴。看來看去還是覺得2人餐最包羅萬有,性價比亦相當高,$2xx 包小食一款、主食2款、台式飲品2杯,還可以以優惠價享用甜品。小食方面,我點了「夠蒜台式香腸」,香腸以片狀程上,配上大量炸蒜及生蒜。正所謂「吃肉不吃蒜,香味少一半」,今天果真感受到蒜的威力。主食方面,我要了「滷味台灣至尊」很大一份,配料有雞翼、黑輪條、凍豆腐、鵪鶉蛋、大豆皮及通菜,自選麵我要了吸湯力十足的冬粉,冬粉爽滑彈牙且非常入味!同行友人則點了豬軟骨「甜蔥香醬油」拌QQ刀削麵,豬軟骨味道香甜,有蔥香,刀削麵勁度十足,十分飽肚。飲品要了仙草奶茶及冬瓜茶,台風十足! continue reading

燈籠滷味 (朗豪坊)今日去咗朗豪坊食台灣嘢 呢度有個二人餐二百幾蚊唔算太貴 仲有得加少少錢升級小食同加甜品 個餐包咗兩個主食 我哋叫咗一個麵一個飯滷味「台灣至尊」 配 自選麵揀配QQ刀削麵要+$4 但我鍾意佢夠煙韌 湯底有少少藥材味 而個麵配咗勁多材料包括有雞翅膀、黑輪條、凍豆腐、鳥蛋、大豆皮、空心菜(通菜)鐵路熱炸大排骨便當 本身上枱見到個排骨好似好厚粉 但係食落都幾香口酥脆好味 鹹鹹地又幾好餸飯啖啖肉鹽酥雞配山葵醬 伴脆炸粗薯條 新鮮炸起冇得輸 鹽酥雞外皮香脆食落仲有肉汁個餐會跟兩杯特飲 我哋揀咗蜂蜜荔枝紅茶同埋蜜桃蘆薈氣泡水 如果可以加錢配珍珠就更加啱我口味另外跟餐+$22蚊可以配甜品芋芋冰奇脆 我哋揀咗跟香芋雪糕 呢碗甜品裏面仲有芋泥 地瓜丸 黑糖珍珠 紅豆同埋脆脆 個份量唔算大 啱曬想咩都試少少嘅小鳥胃 continue reading

台灣餐廳「燈籠滷味」在香港已經扎根多年,近年仲越開越多通常都係去銅鑼灣店,朗豪坊店第一次黎,這裡氣氛都唔錯,好casual 上菜又快。我哋2 個人share 一人成團套餐 $124古早香菇鹵肉烏龍麵第一次試烏龍麵,十分彈牙,麵掛汁;配較濃味的香菇鹵肉啱啱好、份量不少,同朋友share 已經夠飽。蜂巢牛肚一夾起感覺唔會濕濕碎,切得都幾大件,而且炆得幾稔,滷水味十足。涼伴騰辣魚皮香醋伴黑木耳 充滿麻香,微辣;魚皮彈牙好吃。凍東瓜茶夏天解喝不二之選。粟米、火腿、起司手抓蛋餅$58 必試之選,外皮用上手抓餅,入口酥脆,餡料豐富,芝士半溶拉絲,熱辣辣,超級正!整體份量偏大,絕對可以兩個女仔開心share😁 continue reading
