The flounder fin was perfectly seared, bursting with rich flavours that complemented the delicate texture well. The scallops were fresh and paired nicely with the flounder fin 😆. The don set also comes with a miso soup, salad, and chawanmushi. I like the chawanmushi because of its smoothness, which elevated the entire meal🫶🏻

丸十あぶり牧場 旺角moko 本身以為燒肉店,但又有賣刺身、丼飯、壽司、揚物串燒,算係一間居酒屋?🤔食物算係唔錯,食物質素的價格略高,令CP值略減。 日式和牛燒肉拼盤:拼盤包括和牛舌、上頸肉、和牛腰脊肉、和牛紐約客、下肩胛肉、和牛小排、和牛三角頸脊、和牛板腱,質素ok 每款有4片。 目式茶碗蒸:茶碗蒸的蛋味及湯汁唔夠濃唔夠香,湯汁份量亦略少,比較起大型壽司連鎖店略遜,價格亦較貴。 豐洲直送刺身拼盤7款:元貝、海膽、蝦、金目鯛、大拖羅、油金魚及白身魚的7點盛每款兩片。 燒魷魚:可選師傅燒或自己卷,選了師傅燒略為生,火炙同煙香味較果不足,自己再燒了一下。

朋友英國回港,一行四人相約在Moko 飯聚,因為貪佢有得免費泊車,其他人坐地鐵又方便。好早已經book 左呢間,可以叫熟食,順便燒下靚牛肉。燒肉部分叫左:日本和牛拼盤(西冷、肉眼、三角位)和牛牛小排100g和牛牛香芯(2件)厚切熟食、飲品就有:極上牛柳三文治豚之盛盒三得利啤酒松葉蟹魚籽丼火炙三文魚親子卷全部都好好食,特別係啲燒牛肉,超有牛香,回味無窮。可惜性價比唔高,食極都唔飽,唯有叫下啲熟食頂肚。好彩最後都唔洗去m 記消夜。間餐廳好早就last order,我哋傾到餐廳打烊先走。埋單一共$1861
