粵式點心食得多第一次試潮式點心及汕尾小食~~~這裡的腸粉是招牌食品可自行選配料,各種配料有不同的價格我們點了兩份,一份是豬膶雞蛋腸粉,另一份是蠔仔蝦米蟶子王腸粉兩份腸粉的質感都很滑溜,帶少少米香~~~豬膶雞蛋腸粉,豬膶切粒,夠軟稔,配合雞蛋的蛋香,算是OK!蠔仔蝦米蟶子王腸粉,用上海鮮海味,較為鮮味!蟶子王有兩條,爽口彈牙~~蠔仔的份量OK,都算飽滿!蝦米增添腸粉的香氣~~潮汕點心及小食類,選了海豐小米﹑扁實及手打牛肉丸家人是潮州人,所以吃潮州牛丸較多另外兩款海豐食品就未試過~~手打牛肉丸,質感較為結實爽口牛肉味及油香不算很濃普普通通!海豐扁實,賣相與水餃相似細細粒粒的,皮算薄肉餡軟滑,有肉汁,味道幾鮮味!海豐小米,都是細細粒的,賣相不算討好店內看到的介紹是小米又叫薯粉餃,餡料是豬肉及大地魚有點像吃魚皮餃,就是皮較為軟身,沒魚皮餃那麼油由於同行有兩位男士,所以都點了兩款飯,可以讓他們飽肚一點香菇東坡肉撈飯,東坡肉的肥瘦剛好,肉質軟稔!醬汁夠香濃,用來撈飯夠惹味!!北菇滑雞飯,略為遜色雞件份量就夠多~~但蒸飯太過濕已拉低了分數!最後就是常見的港式點心及小食:煉奶炸饅頭﹑雞扎﹑鵪鶉蛋燒賣鵪鶉蛋燒賣,肉質都算幾結實彈牙,不會一咬即散雞扎,CP值OK,$20有兩大件,而且都足料!腐皮包裹著雞肉﹑芋頭﹑火腿及豬皮,餡料都新鮮,肉質不會霉~煉奶炸饅頭,一份有5隻小饅頭新鮮炸起熱騰騰的,夠脆身又不會太油,沾煉奶吃夠香甜,正!!總結來說,這店的食物質素大多不錯~~而且首次試潮汕小食,都幾有特色!! continue reading

之前喺ig見過唔少朋友黎呢間一條腸粉到幫襯一直都心思思想黎食除左因為佢個logo同招牌夠晒攪笑之外作為一個潮州人我點可以唔黎試下佢d潮式腸粉!舖頭對正旺角道大街就喺正行人天橋下面旺角或者太子行過去都好方便餐牌種類好多黎到冇理由唔食腸粉所以叫左個巢皮腸粉share我揀左生菜、菜脯粒同叉燒腸粉好滑唔鞋口叉燒粒都好多!正!叫左個東玻肉撈飯因為我無飯不歡嘛但其實個飯係分開上嘅唔係撈埋一齊跟飯仲有個海帶湯添!好有屋企嘅住家飯feel仲有個芝麻雞係驚喜之作D雞好滑~好香口點埋泰式辣醬食一流!食完想encore一碟! continue reading

一個人係旺角睇完醫生就食埋晚餐先返屋企~本身都幾鍾意食腸粉, 見呢間係石磨所以就試下,不過食晚飯黃金時間都冇乜客人我就抱住有啲懷疑既心態入左去我叫左個粟米豬肉腸(原本係想叫豬潤但係已經賣曬)同一份炸饅頭~豬肉係肉碎黎,有少少肥,連埋免費配料粟米份量都算多,腸粉幾滑,味道正常但就無乜米香味個炸饅頭就唔太得了,好燶,表面勁硬掟傷人都得。。裡面就尚算正常,但啲煉奶有啲酸味,勁驚食完會肚痾整體只可算好勉強合格 continue reading

舖名都話左俾大家知有腸粉食(潮式腸粉),有好多配料可以選擇,除左腸粉仲有潮式粵式點心及特色撈飯!今次就試左最簡單既撈飯-豬油渣撈飯($30) 以晚餐來講一個撈飯都足夠啦,仲配左一碗紫菜蛋花湯。性價比都高,只係個湯唔夠熱!不過個飯就好好食,豬油渣炸到好香口,撈埋D飯一齊食 勁正👍🏻 continue reading

最近屋企裝修,琴日難得請一日假,就約埋好朋友一齊旺角食lunch,順便陪我去買傢私。我同佢本身都好鐘意食潮州腸粉,見到呢間一條腸粉,而且唔算多人唔洗排隊,就入去試試。之前食好多腸粉點心店都好窄好逼,估唔到呢間又唔會,佢入面都算闊落同埋光猛,唔會坐得好逼,而且乾淨企理。我地叫左2個招牌潮州皺皮腸粉,一碟係叉燒、菜脯加蛋。另外就係雞蛋牛肉腸粉。佢份量都算大碟,而且唔夠豉油可以另外叫佢加一小碗,味道唔錯,略嫌皮厚左少少,如果可以再薄d就更好。除左腸粉,我地仲叫左幾款潮汕小食同點心。呢碗牛肉餅湯真係好好飲,我同個frd share左一碗,牛肉餅紮實而且好夠鮮味,而且湯落左好多蔥,真係拍得住潮州牛丸味道,我地兩個都大讚。小食方面,我地叫左炸饅頭,佢每一粒都係迷你版,一啖一個,炸得夠酥脆,加煉奶好好味。鵪春蛋燒賣咬落juicy,菜苗餃入面真係有大大隻蝦,好足料。買單成張枱野食,一個人都唔洗一百,都幾抵食,真心唔錯。 continue reading
