To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 旺角新世紀廣場的北京樓絕對是一個品嚐美食的好地方!  首先,北京填鴨選用正宗的煮法和切法,鴨皮脆口,鴨肉鮮嫩多汁,味道令人回味。貼心提醒,可以問一問店員是否可以帶鴨殼回家,真材實料不浪費!  花膠鮑魚入味極佳,每一口都充滿濃郁的鮮味,絕對是值得一試的高級菜式。  嫩雞煨麵湯底奶白醇厚,味道一流,雞肉鮮嫩,麵條爽滑,簡直是心靈和胃的雙重享受!  生煎鍋貼的份量非常足,每一粒都爆漿,香脆與餡料完美結合,令人一試難忘。  至於甜品,拔絲香蕉蘋果的外皮香脆拉絲,焗西米露濃郁香甜,每一款都充滿驚喜。  整體而言,這裡的菜式無論味道還是質素都非常出色,絕對值得再次光顧!👍🏻 continue reading

有朋友回港想食中菜所以決定去北京樓!真係一試難忘!叫左一隻片皮鴨、風沙雞、糖醋桂魚、雞絲粉皮、北京炒拉麵、羊肉搶湯麵、蟹粉扒豆苗、雜錦炒飯。店舖唔知係咪健康理由為主,除左風沙雞外其他菜式完全無味!落單時可能我唔識講普通話引致落訂,員工聽廣東話多次話唔明我想要乜!我地八點入座到九點時全場已得返幾枱客,我地野都未食晒就問我地有無儲YUU。不停走黎收碗碟及問我地仲食唔食!搞到我都唔好意思阻人收工!最後仲熄埋冷氣。想試試自己EQ就去食下啦 continue reading
