見個餐廳名有燒鵝,特登叫碟燒鵝飯會一會佢。望餐牌寫要胸要加$12都開始覺得有啲伏。成碟飯啲燒鵝有5分3係全骨,其餘係有啲肉既骨。夾埋既肉未必多過一隻手指公。可能店舖位處旺角諗住做遊客生意啦,如果唔係真係好難有回頭客。公道啲講,鵝味道係ok,但我真係試唔真,食到成個碟都係骨。舖租貴人工貴明既,但咁既做法要賺咁盡就真係食一次就夠。即係今時今日香港0係執1間開番1.6間既情況下,咁既做生意手法就真係...。 continue reading

本身見到openrice冇負評 撳入去睇啲食物相又幾靚 就諗住試一試 點知就中伏 一入到去成間舖都有陣噏味 都算 諗住快手食完去上堂 嗌咗叉燒燒鵝米 一上枱碟餸個賣相都正常 但細心睇 個燒鵝勁多毛 係個髀位嘅尾黐住好大執毛 見到想嘔 燒鵝又冇肉 好多舊燒鵝都得啲皮同骨 叉燒普普通通 有啲硬 仲有少少臊味 燒肉食落係凍 服務就冇乜特別 哩餐係我食過咁多個燒味飯入邊 最差嘅一餐 😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵 continue reading

見到一間咁有心的店,好想寫下。完全符合我對食物要求。上次來已經好想寫,今次一次過寫。呢兩次都是堂食晚餐。第一次叫了個$68隱世燒鵝四寶飯。叫得一木燒鵝,招牌燒鵝一定要試,四寶仲有紅腸同咸蛋,以及最正的一款自選燒味。呢一點完全中左我個點,作為貪心的香港人,經常都三心兩意,呢間居然可以自選配搭,呢一點已經超過99.9%的食肆。因為絕大多數的餐廳的四寶都係無得揀,我甚至在其他餐廳試過為了自選四寶而叫了兩個燒味雙拼。而跟的咸蛋紅腸我都鍾意,特別是紅腸數量有6片比一般的店多還要是熱上的。我的自選叫了燒腩仔,味道可以不會太咸可惜有幾塊放正飯的上方而唔夠脆。醬汁是好有心思的預先倒在醬汁碟中,因應你叫的燒味而分開上,十分方便。重點的燒鵝,皮脆肉香,無得彈。飯是絲苗米,如果鍾意豉油既記得叫佢多汁因為豉油可能會偏少。我見其他四寶都有2款燒味可以自選。第二次來我叫了招牌黑椒美國牛柳餐。食完中式,試下西餐。呢個餐絕對是性價比極高的,$108抵食。餐跟的是薯仔蕃茄濃湯,牛油多士這兩樣都合格,建議可+$3轉牛油豬。重點來了,鐵板牛柳,黑椒汁分開上,淋上去那“滋滋”聲太正了,餐廳的紙巾是夠大張可以擋住啲汁彈到(呢個都係值得讚的位)。我叫的是5成熟,切開是剛好的粉嫩。味道好有牛味。黑椒香而不太辣與牛柳味道相得益張,牛柳血紅蛋白的“膶香”味(豬膶的那種香味),有牛味而沒有牛騷味。牛柳很厚有兩吋而又鬆軟,食入口完全唔會有筋,又有不斷有肉汁流出啖啖的“膶香”味。問過職員,原來佢地無落梳打粉。試過有啲茶餐廳百幾二百的牛扒入口成口梳打粉味,淋到完全沒有口感。也食過其他西式的牛扒三四百又細件,唔太抵食。估佢唔到,一木燒鵝,原來牛柳都咁好食。 continue reading

感覺返工一個星期起碼食咗兩至三次可能或以上添😂😂😂 通常都係叫佢燒味飯多…..星期一至六都有。佢燒鵝油雞叉燒係出色嘅,特別留意佢星期二、星期五係有個四寶飯,可以試吓我覺得真係唔錯⋯⋯不過燒味文化有時當然可能斬嘅位置、或者佢來貨有時會差啲,但大多數佢都keep到個水準,喺旺角來講茶記佢坐得寬躺,平時lunch 時間通常行入去差唔多都會有位, 所以可以推介俾大家…今日就叫咗佢一個星期二嘅A餐,燒鵝油雞飯真係唔錯⋯⋯ continue reading

《完全窩心的對白》叫左個燒鵝雙蛋飯凍咖啡$79,上到枱師傅用雙蛋遮住啲燒鵝,夾開啲蛋,果然不出所料,大部分係皮,得三兩舊背脊肉,心諗送飯都未夠!唯有出絕招同其中一個男侍應講,我想加$12轉鵝胸(其實係借啲意話佢聽,碟飯冇肉),個男侍應見我冇食過,一手想拎去廚房換。個女經理真係好醒、好叻,一嘢就制止左佢,話唔好將碟飯拎來拎去,唔老黎!又口中唸唸有詞:人哋成$80食碟飯,得果兩舊肉,全部皮,點食之類!哇!妖,完全窩心的對白!妳堅好嘢,我近年在香港已經好少見,能夠同客人同一角度睇嘢,將顧客放第一位,真心少之又少!反而同客人講:一百幾十蚊,你想食咩就好多!最後:有斬返一小碟凍肶俾我,很讚!凍係凍D,但心意是暖的!☀️ continue reading
