見到一間咁有心的店,好想寫下。完全符合我對食物要求。上次來已經好想寫,今次一次過寫。呢兩次都是堂食晚餐。第一次叫了個$68隱世燒鵝四寶飯。叫得一木燒鵝,招牌燒鵝一定要試,四寶仲有紅腸同咸蛋,以及最正的一款自選燒味。呢一點完全中左我個點,作為貪心的香港人,經常都三心兩意,呢間居然可以自選配搭,呢一點已經超過99.9%的食肆。因為絕大多數的餐廳的四寶都係無得揀,我甚至在其他餐廳試過為了自選四寶而叫了兩個燒味雙拼。而跟的咸蛋紅腸我都鍾意,特別是紅腸數量有6片比一般的店多還要是熱上的。我的自選叫了燒腩仔,味道可以不會太咸可惜有幾塊放正飯的上方而唔夠脆。醬汁是好有心思的預先倒在醬汁碟中,因應你叫的燒味而分開上,十分方便。重點的燒鵝,皮脆肉香,無得彈。飯是絲苗米,如果鍾意豉油既記得叫佢多汁因為豉油可能會偏少。我見其他四寶都有2款燒味可以自選。第二次來我叫了招牌黑椒美國牛柳餐。食完中式,試下西餐。呢個餐絕對是性價比極高的,$108抵食。餐跟的是薯仔蕃茄濃湯,牛油多士這兩樣都合格,建議可+$3轉牛油豬。重點來了,鐵板牛柳,黑椒汁分開上,淋上去那“滋滋”聲太正了,餐廳的紙巾是夠大張可以擋住啲汁彈到(呢個

第二次來我叫了招牌黑椒美國牛柳餐。食完中式,試下西餐。呢個餐絕對是性價比極高的,$108抵食。餐跟的是薯仔蕃茄濃湯,牛油多士這兩樣都合格,建議可+$3轉牛油豬。重點來了,鐵板牛柳,黑椒汁分開上,淋上去那“滋滋”聲太正了,餐廳的紙巾是夠大張可以擋住啲汁彈到(呢個都係值得讚的位)。我叫的是5成熟,切開是剛好的粉嫩。味道好有牛味。黑椒香而不太辣與牛柳味道相得益張,牛柳血紅蛋白的“膶香”味(豬膶的那種香味),有牛味而沒有牛騷味。牛柳很厚有兩吋而又鬆軟,食入口完全唔會有筋,又有不斷有肉汁流出啖啖的“膶香”味。問過職員,原來佢地無落梳打粉。試過有啲茶餐廳百幾二百的牛扒入口成口梳打粉味,淋到完全沒有口感。也食過其他西式的牛扒三四百又細件,唔太抵食。估佢唔到,一木燒鵝,原來牛柳都咁好食。

今日難得收早就同朋友去旺角食一間好出名嘅燒味,地理位置十分方便地鐵站一出行6分鐘就到,裝修有別於一般茶餐廳好有特色,座位都好寬敞,見到餐牌上邊有鐵板餐就忍唔住想試吓,另外朋友就點咗乳豬叉燒雙拼飯,另外小食點左脆皮雞翼,先講吓鐵板餐,有齊豬扒,雞扒,牛扒,西蘭花同埋薯條,醬汁方面點左蒜蓉汁,扒嘅份量非常多而且煎行恰到好處唔會過熟,而且佢呢個餐會跟埋一個西湯同埋多士,可以作為開胃菜簡直係冇得彈,而且薯條炸得好香口作為雜扒餐來講簡直係冇得輸,而燒味飯方面,乳豬皮非常脆口而且皮肉分明,叉燒整得好香口,脂肪比例十分平均,原來係自家烤爐,作為燒味界簡直係錦上添花,小食方面雞翼炸得好香口加上$25有四隻雞翼覺得係超級抵食,飲品方面屬於正常甜度嘅比例唔會太甜,下次可以試埋其他燒味。

開會前快快趣食啲嘢見到呢間燒臘餐廳裝修幾新淨所以入去試吓首先係上咗杯凍檸茶用不鏽鋼杯裝味道OK之後上滑蛋叉燒飯平時喺出邊叫呢啲飯係唔會有蔥蓉喺面呢間放埋上去,都幾好味😋佢個叉燒做得幾好有少少燶邊脆脆又唔會苦可以再encore其實佢呢間寫住燒鵝,係咪應該下次揀燒鵝呢?🤣
