To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 公司在這間太興茶餐廳附近，所以已經幫襯多年。這間太興除了食物質素ok，奶茶也好飲（個人覺得係全港茶餐廳最好飲既奶茶），更重要的是女員工的服務態度超好又親切， 真的超出一般茶餐廳服務的好，令我對太興大大改觀，也是我一直以來常常想到要去食lunch既地方！希望太興能好好珍惜這班好員工，要找到這樣用心工作的人不容易👍🏻👍🏻食物方面推薦：乾炒牛河、咖哩牛腩飯、豬扒煎雙蛋👎🏻不推薦燒味飯，味道一般般

本身係這裏附近街坊，因為之前因為疫情很少外出食飯，因為已經好耐冇嚟食所以今晚特登入去食!今晚叫咗兩個時令推介！一個係豉汁涼瓜火腩配白飯另外一個係枝竹豆腐火腩配白飯，餐湯轉飲白肺湯！豬肚湯湯絕對夠足料夠味…..。但係啲小菜就貨不對辦豬皮多過豆腐火腩！仲有啲燒肉唔夠熱！一半豬肉是肥肉！比我喺出邊嗌兩餸飯仲差😡😡😡😡😡非常之失望！冇下次！奶茶還可以接受！已經向經理反映！但佢完全冇反應！現在啲服務態度太差到唔知道係咪啲員工想倒老闆米！

今日又係我銅鑼灣食神微服出巡去到北角健威附近，好難得可以寫負評！首先講吓附近泊車都幾煩，最好泊建威商場！泊街短都可以嘅小心啲！唔係講笑！嚟到個叉燒，黑過包青天！我同姐姐反應姐姐好有禮貌同我即刻換，可惜只係切少少黑炭俾返我。咁唔緊要嘅我作為銅鑼灣食神我只會喺OpenRice公布佢。整體服務姐姐水平非常好！非常繁忙亦保持一貫服務水平！出品真係爭少少🤏，要努力！唔怪得咁多年上埋市，米芝蓮都冇星！午餐唔爆有原因叫阿叉燒炳留意吓！

我今日叫咗外賣，個經驗非常差。首先，我哋叫咗叉燒切雞飯，你哋俾咗叉燒燒鵝飯。然後個飯係凍嘅。第二，杏汁豬肺湯同兩杯凍奶茶擺埋一齊，究竟有冇常識？仲要擺到好似打風咁，奶茶流到一袋都係。第三，另外叫咗一客菜心，剩係得六條，蝦消費者唔知價？下次可以用個細啲嘅盒，可以環保啲。食物資素比以前差咗好多，同自身市場定位爭好遠。收得貴唔緊要，但係質素差到咁，一定唔番轉頭。已經同佢客戶服務講咗，唔知會唔會直接唔覆呢？

今日下午去咗北角太興（健威坊）食飯，一坐低個男侍應好無禮貌地啪一聲將隻杯啪落桌上，即時火大同呢個男侍應炒起上嚟，後尾知道呢個男侍應原來係經理。唔明點解經理級嘅服務態度都可以咁差劣。
