這間餐廳位於太子和深水埗之間,地方都比較隔涉,要搵都需要啲時間!但係正正因為這樣,所以啲租應該比較平啲,所以可以食到啲性價比高嘅食物!今日一行四人,同朋友敘舊,一齊分享美食!叫咗個串燒套餐,呢間餐廳以fusion出名,好多食物都係中西合璧,但係呢個串串燒套餐,就係中日合璧!菜式方面先嚟一個孜然日本枝豆,這個可以的,開胃小菜。之後就正式開始主菜,頭盤就係高湯北寄貝燒,呢個北寄貝燒啱啱熟,好有鮮味,個湯唔錯,有少少酒味,我連個湯都飲晒!第二道菜係肝醬鮑魚燒,個鮑魚又係啱啱熟,嗰個肝醬唔錯,味道濃濃的!第三道係蝦蝦燒!隻蝦燒到啱啱熟!而且隻蝦都幾大隻!佢唔需要任何調味,淨係落咗鹽燒!第四道菜係酸汁湯燒葉生蠔,隻生蠔好大隻,因為係生蠔,完全唔需要太熟!食落去好蠔味,配埋個酸汁啱啱好!第五道係燒元貝,一寸有兩粒,老闆一啲都唔吝嗇,隻帶子好大隻,好有口感,搽咗少少燒烤醬料,更加有鮮味!第六係豆豉蒜頭脆脆鱔,份量又係好多,脆鱔真係好好味,完全冇腥味,佢仲加咗豆豉,不過我覺得唔需要,原味更加好,其實加鹽燒就可以!第七道菜係墨蝦金剛棒,呢個係用墨魚同蝦肉造成嘅丸,呢個都好味!第八道係燒豬腩肉港式麵豉醬,配埋燒菠蘿!呢個用咗蝦醬落啲腩肉度去燒,又係燒到啱啱好!正!加埋燒菠蘿,酸酸甜甜,食咗咁多肉可以消滯一下!第九係鹽燒二節雞翼,係鹽燒雞翼,又係燒到啱啱好!第十係燒牛舌芯酸豆芥未醬,個牛舌心真係燒到啱啱好,中間仲有啲粉紅色,我淨係加檸檬汁已經覺得好好食!第十一道係汁燒鮮菇,呢個就正常!可能已經食得太飽!最後鍾意去到甜品環節,已經好飽!點知嚟咗一個焦糖蕃薯雪糕球,我完全冇抵抗力!焦糖番薯真係好正,番薯係熱辣辣,配埋個凍雪糕,又凍又熱,真係冇得頂!最後畫上完美句號!下次一定會再幫襯! continue reading

7:30食到11:30枝豆之後等咗45分鐘,食完蠔再等咗40分鐘佢哋俾個解釋係因為另外一台客話要食快餐,所以就叫我哋呢台要等然後上到嚟老闆話唔知道我哋呢台咁認真前前後後催咗成10次都有佢好意思拎支酒上嚟,諗住笑笑口扮冇事發生仲要話唔知我哋咁認真?話我地無反映比佢地喎其他枱係客 我哋唔係客?咁點解我地要等?咁樣都比1分佢都真係算俾面食飯食到咁受氣都係第一次我地態度好係我地有教養 唔代表我地就值得捱餓做唔到咁多單就唔好做! continue reading

睇影片分享平台某飲食頻道介紹,專做私房火鍋同埋西餐餓媽家姐,講到間店點有 heart,素來最欣賞呢樣嘢,一於試吓。西班牙海鮮湯唔夠香濃,似乎用咗啲瓜蓉,所以口感唔滑亦唔厚,西餐嘅濃湯羹係應該愈滑愈好,鬼佬叫 creamy,呢個湯望落去夠杰㗎,但口感水汪汪又一粒粒。月式蒜蓉包超好食,不過呢啲係交返嚟,唔係自家烘焙。蕃茄什菜沙律第一度菜就係沙律,一上枱見到個沙律就知今餐已經中伏!錢大媽10蚊一大袋貨色,都算,沙律汁自家調製都好卦,又係超市20蚊豉油咁大支貨色,唉!JIM 炸雞翼大快活下午茶餐隻炸雞翼好味過佢,死未?薯條併黑松露醬薯條好食,外脆內軟有薯香,不過都係來貨,只可以話炸得唔錯!香煎北海道帶子配日式麵豉汁帶子半成熟(一成都冇),問佢佢話係咁,西餐通常唔食生帶子,除非你餐牌講明,不過你話係咁都冇計,面頭用麵豉汁煎過下,些小咸,帶子原隻比較厚身,故此幾乎冇乜味道。下面有一件沾咗脆漿嘅薄片炸物,睇落似蓮藕片,但油溫控制差,一咬成口油,都感覺唔到裡面係乜。法式牛油汁焗蟶子蟶子冇貨唔出聲,上枱先講係北寄貝,個売就熱到不得了,但粒北寄貝只係室溫,水汪汪冇味道。慢煮南非鮑魚配牛油肝汁眼高手低,想複製日本磯煮鮑魚仔,但一成都做唔到,味道不倫不類,口感寡到一個點,索性去海洋三(唔明就問黎明)入貨效果仲好。烤美國頂級封門柳柴,只食咗兩片蒜香茄汁蝦意粉啲蝦超級爽,因為啤水啤到完全零蝦味(大佬,有壳蝦都冇味真係大鑊),意粉佢想做 al dente,可惜口感係生嘅,亦冇蕃茄味,唔知佢想點。甜品唔錯,不過都係來貨嘅總結:叫返嚟嗰啲都唔錯(蒜蓉包薯條甜品),自己做嘅就出哂事,對西餐似乎一知半解,都係俾心機做返火鍋算啦,何必吹到咁大,完。 continue reading

今日嚟到呢間餐廳真係一個驚喜🎉!首先,個熱情果梳打,真係涼快到爆炸,好似夏天一陣陣海風咁。嚟到嘅沙律配埋啲脆脆地嘅薯條,同深邃嘅黑松露醬一mix,味道勁正,整個口腔瞬間開Party啦!揼一啖呢個鮮炸魚皮,嘩,真係脆到喊,層次感滿分,勁過搞作薯片。然後果個西班牙海鮮湯,海鮮真系新鮮過哥倫布搵到新大陸嗰刻,每啖嘅料我都驚歎呀🐟!搞到試完雙碗湯,都未算完,因為個配嘅蒜蓉包,又係另一個高峰,蒜香味撲鼻,講真,我都想把老闆頂讚啦!再嚟就到雞翼,呢個月式翼外香內嫩,咬一口已經覺得今晚無白嚟。帶子煎得啱啱好,淡雅嘅麵豉汁增色不少。唔犯規㗎嘛,南非鮑魚略咸咗點,但都係好食指大動。要講到深刻,那個羊肚菌焗雞飯,足以令我刮目相看,每啖飯都飄散出滿滿的雞香,簡直係行家東西!法式牛油汁焗蟶子同黑毛鞍扒都一流,每一碟菜都好有誠意。而封門柳呢,正到爆,啖啖肉就係我對幸福嘅定義啦🥰!食完全部,只能講,這家店試,真係死得無憾啦!要打包?當然要啦,咁多好食,邊夠喉! continue reading
