前一個月才在曼谷回來,今天又掛念泰國菜了,所以約了朋友陪我吃泰國菜。這家店一進門,店員就迅速有禮地招待,令我印象良好。我們2人點了4款食物:首先是烤豬頸肉沙律,豬頸肉烤至外焦內嫩,油脂交融出完美的風味,再配上清脆的生菜與獨特的香酸醬汁,不僅美味,還帶來了清新的享受。緊接著是香氣四溢的蒜蓉包。金黃酥脆,散發出濃郁的蒜香,忍不住一口接著一口。泰北咖哩麵則是另一番風味,這款麵我每次去泰國都會吃,是泰北著名的美食,喜歡那香脆的炸雞蛋麵沾著咖哩湯來吃。醇厚的咖哩湯汁,有著淡香的椰奶味道,令人回味無窮。沙嗲雞肉串和豬肉串鮮嫩且多汁,每一串都燒得恰到好處,搭配了帶甜味的醬,如不是要揸車,應該來一支泰啤最搭配最後,泰式奶茶當然少不了,甜中帶著茶香,非常順滑,為這餐畫上了完美的句號。 continue reading

邊個話好食嘅泰國嘢一定要喺九龍城,路過已被#Simply Thai MODERN CUISINE  吸引,而價錢相當貼地是街坊價,無懸念地入內一訪。❇️泰式青咖喱(雞)有好多件雞肉,咖喱汁口感唔算太濃稠,食落唔算辣,比較偏重椰子味。仲有入面仲有啲泰國茄子,爽甜多汁👍🏻❇️泰式炒金邊粉(蝦)金邊粉仲勁大碟,味道酸酸甜甜,金邊粉入面有幾隻大蝦,爽口彈牙,拌碟有豆乾、芽菜、雞蛋等等,用料十足我自己好鐘意👍❇️香烤豬頸肉燒得啱啱好,又唔會切得好厚,好香味道,配上自家調製嘅醬料酸酸辣辣,惹味又開胃!❇️泰象啤❇️Egg Pudding(焦糖布丁)除左傳統泰國甜品外,亦有受小朋友歡迎既布丁提供👍❇️Pure peppermint tea餐廳環境乾淨企理,上菜速度快,份量大份夾抵食,推! continue reading

今日去太子食個lunch,朋友約我食間泰菜話超正,當然去食下啦泰式酸辣鳳爪沙律🥗酸酸辣辣好開胃,有洋蔥,蕃茄仔,芹菜同埋生菜做配菜,鳳爪彈牙無骨,味道一流酥炸蝦餅-用新鮮蝦手打出來炸之脆口,蝦餅控制得好,配上甜酸醬味道,回味泰式鹽烤魚-非常大條羅非魚,鹽焗條魚魚肚再加泰式香料,嫩滑小骨,香氣撲鼻,記得不用加醬料就咁食鮮甜一面,雖然醜但很好美😍正泰式奶茶-茶濃奶滑,味道恰到好處,不甜,必試青檸梳打-青檸味道鮮香,夠梳打氣,甜美適中整體不錯,地方乾淨,價錢抵食 continue reading
