👎🏻今日想寫返食評先知道呢間舖頭汁左雖然係咁但係都想寫返個經歷記得以前開嘅時候啲😡魚生都好新鮮但係開咗幾年之後就質素每況愈下魚生質素越黎越差CP值超低💔👎🏻記得到訪嗰次係1月冬天既時候超大風 😠攞咗飛未到嘅時候係門口避一避風點知個阿姐喺店入邊即刻開門大鬧唔好企喺門口擋住佢做生意就算我行過去門口隔籬都比佢叫到對面街等位🤯👎🏻入到去嘅時候本身舖頭座位已經好窄 坐得好迫仲俾個阿姐猛咁叫坐入D唔好阻住條路👎🏻咁冇禮貌嘅服務加上CP值極低既食物 仲要限時30分鐘交檯 實際係15分鐘未食完已經比人催仲要閑時30分鐘 真係等位仲耐過食飯今日寫返覺得不吐不快 👎🏻 海寶丼 🌊魚生全部係切碎嘅細粒入口無鮮味反而有浸雪味🤢口感好韌唔新鮮🤮 店舖特別嘅醋啫喱有Gimmick🇯🇵但係口味極酸同魚生同飯一啲都唔夾 continue reading

又到Happy Friday, 放工同同事係附近食埋dinner再歸家,去咗海光街「海街丼」。餐廳的木系風格裝飾,營造出日本居酒屋氣氛,食物方面有刺身、揚物、沙律, 同埋多款丼飯。而且刺身仲係從日本直送香港,非常新鮮有保證!刺身兩點:刺身兩點新鮮肥美油甘魚非常厚實嫩滑爽口,魚肉細緻甘甜,帆立貝肉質細嫩清甜爽滑。燒鰻魚丼:鰻魚燒得好香口,有微微炭香,而且厚肉肥美,表面掃咗鰻魚燒汁,令鰻魚味更為突出,醬汁份量啱啱好,配上粒粒分明又軟熟嘅飯,非常美味! continue reading

呢間丼飯專門店相信好多人都聽過,特別係佢既午市用餐時間30分鐘既規定,都真係幾令人卻步😦不過亦都代表餐點應該唔錯先會咁有人氣,等我試下係咪真係咁好食先🦀海寶丼【特上】呢個丼有吞拿魚、油甘魚、章魚、穴子、蛤蜊、小扇貝、真雪蟹、海膽、甜蝦同鮭魚子(走左青瓜),份量頗大,鋪滿飯面既海鮮睇落真係幾吸引海鮮既量係多到可以啖啖都食到,但可惜味道只算尚可😣可能係因為熟海鮮偏多既關係,感覺食到好多有咬口既海鮮粒,但唔知係咪生魚粒唔多,鮮味就欠奉。咁多款海鮮之中蟹肉同蝦都幾好味,海膽就最麻麻地,冇鮮甜味成餐最有驚喜應該係個醋啫喱,配埋個飯一齊食好夾好開胃,仲令味道多一重層次。不過可能係因為我偏好生食多過熟食,而呢個丼冇乜食魚生既感覺,食完冇乜滿足感,唔太啱我食🫠有下次既話試下其他嘢算 continue reading

呢間咁靚既居酒屋話就話鰂魚涌,唔太多活動既地點,但餐廳附近有d好 signature 既商廈同之前去過既餐廳,所以我同閨蜜放工後一齊去都好快搵到 !一個tray 所有野都令我地呢餐好有驚喜同埋一個餐可以stimulate 到味覺(有茶漬飯就唔會界為食生冷野而feel guilty, 而且另一邊仲有好classic 既鼓油wasabi, 任君選擇)。另外點左清酒煮蜆(清酒比起我平時當湯飲既味相對上light d)同牛油果凍豆腐 (兩樣都口感林林地多營養/蛋白質既美食擺一齊) - 感覺這店嗌既野滿足只識熟野同超鐘意魚生既食客,所以老少咸宜,想多d帶朋友,同事來! continue reading

下午同阿媽係鰂魚涌行完山,一早約定阿媽揀食丼飯補充體力,就來到鰂魚涌的「海街丼」。入到店舖後,由於時間都尚早,很 lucky 地餐廳職員安排了卡位比我地。餐廳的裝修充滿住日本風,環境也很有氣氛。🍱🏮🎏🎎🪭每款丼飯好精緻,配一特式丼飯,一碟茄子小食、海街三寶配料、用保暖杯裝的特製「魚介出汁」以及非常體貼的醋製唧喱用作自行加入飯調較飯的酸度。🐟🍱🍣🍆吞拿魚蓉蟹丼($180),底層的是吞拿魚蓉、中層是白色的雪蟹肉、上層是蟹膏、旁邊舖滿了蟹籽及三文魚籽,舖排得很有層次。蟹膏的味道濃郁、甘甜,絲絲蟹肉很鮮甜。這碗丼飯可以食到整隻蟹的精華部分。🦀🦀醬汁吞拿魚丼($190),每一片的吞拿魚都是用醬汁、芝麻、香蔥醃製過,很喜歡那陣入口的甜甜醬汁味道,還帶點微微的辣疆味,除了吞拿魚,還有吞拿魚蓉和大大粒的三文魚籽。值得一讚,刺身部分非常新鮮、又夠足料。🐠🐟😋上半場的刺身飯很精彩,到了下半場同樣是充滿特色的重頭戲,丼飯剩下1/3左右,就可以落餐廳準備的配料(碎紫菜、粒粒芝麻、脆脆)再倒上餐廳特製「魚介出汁」,作為一個茶漬飯,湯是由鮮魚調製,清清甜甜與上半場的刺身派對截然不同,食完還有一種暖胃的大滿足感覺。🍲🫕🍶這餐的一丼兩食,一定可讓食客將所有食物清光光,不浪費,可見餐廳的心思。😋🫶🏻❤️ continue reading
