Visited Polam branch long time ago with a poor experience, this time passing by seeing their signature Pistachio dessert were available. I immediately walked in. After flipping few menu pages, we have decided to order pistachio tofu pudding, cashew and walnut mix and a black sesame burnt basque cheesecake. Dessert soup was served efficiently. Smell nutty. Love the pistachio nibs topped. It was smooth and love the tofu pudding at the bottom gave a hint of soy sweetness. Couldnt taste much of the tofu pudding texture but pretty good. Cashew and walnut mix was incredibly nutty. Velvety and not too sweet. Difficult to taste each nut's but combining was delicious. Black sesame burnt basque cheesecake was as tasty as it looks. Unlike the authentic gooey centre, it was a set centre and chilled. Texture wasn't tough at all. Smooth and rich. Strong taste of black sesame flavour with velvety texture. Love the smoky slight burnt edge. Absolutely loving it. Overall, food was great which worth for a try if a nutty lover. However, dont put on hopes on the service.

Had 5 course lunch with buddy! All dishes were sublime in taste and exquisite in presentation. It’s hard to name a favorite dish, Starting with My Hot and Cold Onion Soup, very tasty! We added extra 550$ for Land And Sea Tartare, Aussie Wagyu with Gillardeau Oyster, Kristal CaviarBest Choice! For main, I chose Roasted Racan Pigeon with beetroot Ravioli and Figs Marmalade, I would say this is the best western style pigeon dish in town😋For dessert was cherry clafoutis with cherry amaretto sorbet, yogurt mousse was surprisingly good and refreshing!! We also had Seasonal Souffle ending our lunch🤎We enjoyed it so much!

The standout dish of the evening was undoubtedly the King Salmon Fillet with Bechamel Sauce. Cooked to perfection, the salmon was flaky and moist, showcasing its rich flavor. The Bechamel sauce added a creamy, velvety touch that elevated the dish without overpowering the delicate taste of the fish. A hint of lemon zest in the sauce provided a refreshing contrast, making each bite a harmonious blend of textures and flavors. This dish is a must-try for seafood lovers. To start, we indulged in the nachos, which were a delightful twist on a classic favorite. To wrap up the experience, I ordered the lemon honey hot drink. This soothing concoction was the perfect antidote to a chilly evening. The warmth of the drink, paired with the bright acidity of fresh lemon and the sweetness of honey, made for a comforting end to our meal. It was both refreshing and invigorating.

Had a wonderful time in La Favorita trying out their tasting menu. Start from the pre-dinner breads to the anti-pasta servings of beef tartar with black truffle and the huge serving of burrata. The primo servings of Mafaldine alla Bolognese and Cheese Wheel with truffle (prepared next to our table) was very good. For our main we were served a beautifully prepared T-bone, perfectly grilled at medium rare temperature. The beef flavour was very, very good. The steak went perfectly with the grilled garlic😋Dessert ended with a tasty Tiramisu🧡🧡

Food was of top notch quality. Every skewer was made fresh and it was delicious with minimal seasoning (definitely no MSG)! We ordered chicken wings, fresh chicken drumstick, squid meat patty, buttered corn, pork strips rolled with chives, tofu and udon in chicken soup! Everything tastes awesome! We had such a wonderful time that I forgot to bring my phone. The restaurant was closing and the manager called us to pick us up!! Very very considerate and kind people! We will certainly go back and visit again!

Surprisingly easy reservation where my friend mentioned difficult to book in a week. Restaurant located close to mtr station and pretty easy to find. Staff was pretty friendly and patent. Even waited patiently when my friend was taking a moment to place order. Dishes served quick after placing the order. Garlic beef cubes stir fry smelled fragrantly. Tender but not chewy. Perfect bite size. Love the garlic slices. Neither too saucy nor oily. Yeung Chau fried rice was surprisingly good. Unlike the fried rice found out there, it was loaded with fresh toppings. Many out there were way overcooked or tough. The toppings at this dish were cooked perfectly. Rice was neither dry nor greasy. Perfectly seasoned. Not bad! Golden tofu blocks were my favourite. Golden colour was promising. With the aromatic seasoning on each block. It was drooling. Tofu was steamy hot but silky smooth. Absolutely my all time favourite and highly recommend. Sizzle pot water spinach stir fry was incredibly savoury. Sizzling pot was promising. Water spinach was quite oily and salty. It would be perfect to eat with rice while eating on its own was too salty. Anyhow, not bad as well. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with goodness. Seeing some reviews with poor service, mine was pretty decent. Not bad!

Chueca- their food are delicious, Chef Rusa is our all time favourite ! The crab roll is super tasty, crab is soft shell, can eat every bit of the crab. The Beef Cheek is soooooo tender, with white truffle on top, the dish was grabbed by everyone in 2 seconds. The rib-eye is perfectly cooked, super tasty and juicy. We ordered almost all the deserts, we are sweet tooth, the desserts are beautifully executed too, just like the taste we find in Spain!!! Most importantly, the vibe of the restaurant is amazing, cozy chill and super cool. The service is very good. Highly recommended

Step into the cozy bar–Bianco & Rosso that leads to the cavernous dining area for the delectable Italian dishes. Starting with a glass of Prosecco. Make sure you try that Focaccia Pugliese Bread (HKD78). I have ordered a plate of Scallop Carpaccio (HKD148), which is given a very special touch by the herring caviar and mango sauce. This restaurant is a lively spot for the Whole Three Yellow Chicken (HKD698), I saw nearly every table order the three yellow chicken. The chicken was so delicious and perfectly tender, the skin was thin and crispy, and the vermouth chicken sauce flavor was so unique! 10/10! Highly recommend you guys to try it! The food was delivered hot and fresh. Move on to the Truffle Risotto (HKD188) and Langoustine Tagliatelle (HKD198), the tagliatelle tasted like fresh noodles, and the sauce for the pasta is lobster bisque, a creamy smooth sauce flavored with seafood stock and aromatics! Both were so rich and deeply savory. Don’t miss its dessert Cheesecake (HKD118), as well as the Tiramisu (HKD98). Service was also very kind and patient with us. Enjoyed everything! It was worth a try!
