呢間福彩喺第一城起碼超過十幾年 之前就算獨市咗咁耐都可以 Keep 得幾好 但最近附近開咗另一間酒樓 而家好多時都唔使排隊 某日諗住支持吓 晚市去咗幫襯 睇餐牌燒味類海蜇$108 薰蹄$108 無兩樣拼埋嘅價錢就問一問幾錢 諗住都係加十零廿蚊 點知回覆係$168 即係要加$60 諗極都唔明點解要加$60咁多 每樣一半 唔要求加份量 同經理反映 回覆係餐牌有味燒味雙拼係$168 咁樣兩樣叫就係雙拼 咁梗係無叫啦 經理都自覺唔妥返去檢討 最後回覆都要$138 都係果句 做飲食真係要識轉彎 唔係就唯有撞板 諗住支持下點知 . . .  相信嚟緊諗起呢單野都好難叫我再嚟 請我都係咁話 . . .  完 continue reading

今天去了沙田第一城探朋友,和他們一起到大廈下面的商場找東西吃,友人說想去茶樓慢慢喝茶聊天,第一城的商場沒有什麼選擇,於是去了福彩海鮮酒家。今天是星期五,有午市特價點心,我們吃得不多,於是就沒有特別去選特價的點心。點了一個點心拼盤、醬王蒸鳳爪、海蜇燻蹄、滷水鵝掌、煎薄撐。點心拼盤每樣點心有三件,剛好我們每人一件,蝦餃裏面的蝦算大隻,也算有口感,菜苗餃的水晶皮略嫌有一點厚,其他兩樣還好。滷水鵝掌味道不錯,每件的大小也很容易放進口裡,喝茶聊天吃吃鵝掌也不錯。海蜇燻蹄海蜇不算很爽口,但燻蹄有驚喜,他的皮很韌,好吃。煎薄撐這個薄撐看上去樣子還好,但是不夠香脆,如果再香脆一點會更好吃。每樣點心都不過不失,沒有特別很好吃,但是酒樓都還算寬敞,侍應也沒有催促你離開,我們都坐了差不多兩個小時,沒有被趕走的感覺。 continue reading

叫咗隻粽食,佢畀砂糖我,我問佢另外畀豉油佢就畀咗腸粉嘅甜豉油,但係當我 將一嚿粽點甜豉油嚟食,佢嘅甜豉油可以係冇味道,完全唔係腸粉豉油嘅味道,問咗一個男員工攞豉油,佢話鹹味嘅豉油只有廚師先至有, 忍受唔住就問啲部長姐姐攞有鹹味嘅豉油,但係佢送出嚟嘅鹹味豉油都係大量溝水乜味都冇嘅。佢啲嘢已經係難食㗎啦,畀人撈豉油食咗佢都好呀!但係啲甜豉油都係難以想像咁難食,仲有叫咗個鯪魚球嗰個鯪魚球溝粉溝到實的的,掉落人個頭度肯定會穿。總之佢啲點心就係好難食啦! continue reading
