To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩個人晚上1818點餐，先來個金銀蛋波菜，再來個炒飯之後個炒牛肉完全失蹤～咁啱又坐正個風位，所有嘢都凍曬已經無心情食啦，叫個侍應姐姐取消個牛肉一聲唔好意思啊對唔住都無聲～成間店職員都黑口黑面，不論食物質素同服務都越來越差，應該係唔憂做～所為的10%服務費，水都無加過唔知以為自己去緊大排檔

翡翠拉麵小籠包有多間分店，出名程度係去到香港國際機場都有其中一間分店👍🏼 出名以現代手法去演繹傳統嘅美食，所以廣受大眾歡迎🍜 酸辣湯拉麵超大份量，小熊貓一個都爭啲食唔晒😆 入邊十分足料，大大個面底，配有多款食材如木耳絲，豆腐絲，豬紅等等~ 🥟 小籠包呢個係必食嘅～ 每一份都係新鮮製作，所以上枱嘅時候仲係熱辣辣！ 一定要趁熱食，點一點佢附上嘅薑醋，然後入口嘅時候感受到佢皮薄餡靚～ 一咬就有好多湯汁流出嚟，肉質細緻☺️

這店開業已久，之前都覺得好好吃的，但近日發覺有點退步了。周六中午喺新城市廣場，竟然唔使排隊，立即有位，店內約8成客左右。我們兩個人不是太肚餓，所以只點了一碟糖醋骨，一碗陽春麵及高力豆沙！前二都好味，但糖醋骨份量少得可憐，我還以為是“一人前”的份量😱！ 高力豆沙，個皮太厚，麵粉多，口感不好，有待改善一下。店舖坐位舒適，每張枱分隔也不覺得迫👍 服務態度不錯，奈何人手不足下，叫侍應也要叫兩三次，幸好侍應們有笑容😊總括來說，份量少，價錢足，不過不失的一間上海菜餐廳。

呢間係食完會想再食嘅舖頭，味道平實幾好食，唔算重口味。最鍾意食紅油炒手，仲可以蔥、辣油另上，自己調節想要嘅辣度。賽螃蟹，配醋同白飯，正。金沙蝦都好好食，不過好貴，$168得6隻 坐落環境都舒服，有茶位費，又有加一。

強烈推薦大家幫襯沙田翡翠小籠包！呢度有好好味嘅上海菜，service好好，尤其有阿Ling姐在，佢服務態度好，好親切，好有效率，次次嚟都有種賓至如歸嘅感覺。我個人吃左十幾年，服務一路都保持得好好。原有菜式質量保持得好好，近呢幾更加會主動嘗試許多新菜式，改善餐牌，是一間美味抵食嘅上海餐。
