原本諗住食對面間咖哩, 但見佢有卡位, 又好耐冇嚟食過, 於是轉軚入嚟食, 但我地左睇右睇個menu, 睇咗好耐都唔知食乜, 選擇上少咗, 就尤其叫一個拉麵, 一個沾汁麵~記得以前晚市係比熱茶的, 但如今已變成清水, 咁邊似日本餐廳架?  黑墨肉燥沾汁麵所謂沾汁麵, 即係比一碗汁你沾麵食, 係微暖的, 個menu都話定你知個汁會偏鹹, 所以真係冇錯, 比拉麵個湯底杰d鹹d, 望落成碗芝麻糊咁, 而且d肉燥放咗入碗汁度, 好多時浪費咗d肉燥, 因為碗汁又黑, 簡直係深不見底~麵就都係果d麵, 但感覺上好似比拉麵多d,而且配半隻溫泉蛋、三塊豚肉同青瓜絲, 好似抵食~  黑墨豚肉拉麵個湯底都OK, 冇上次咁鹹, 但D麵好似少咗? 定係我大食咗, 好似食幾啖已經食完~豚肉夠薄, 好彩唔夠肥, 我可以成片放入口, 唔駛去肥膏~當我差不多食完時, 先記得呢個拉麵好似有紫菜的, 但佢冇比我, 已經太遲, 口同鼻拗, 唯有算數啦~  青檸梳打是日特價, 叫兩杯平D, 於是叫咗兩杯, 開頭見佢得一片仔青檸, 我仲驚死唔夠味, 狂督到塊青檸爛哂, 點知酸到爆, 可能果片青檸只係裝飾, 本身杯嘢已經夠青檸味, 果真係開胃醒神~記得以前呢間雖然貴(以呢個商場比較), 但好多時都要等坐, 而家唔駛等之餘仲大把位, 我諗好多人都覺得佢開始越嚟越唔抵食~ continue reading

今晚入到來係想去Aeon超市shopping,shopping之前一定要食飽飽先。見到這店面環境不俗,門口的侍應面帶笑容就入去試試。侍應介紹今晚有特價魷魚沙律$28,咁就先要一客。menu內的拉面平均約$8x不包飲品,拉面可以加錢加其他餸料,而日式定食都係$8x包前菜丶面豉湯丶主食丶一罐汽水。叉燒拉面加熏蛋,碗好大但面係低於碗一半的深度,所以覺得係碗有少少頂住隻手夾面,湯比較少,如果多番少少更好,湯好濃的豬骨味,叉燒冇咩特別,熏蛋做得唔錯,蛋黃仍然是糖心,面條烚得岩岩好,面質也不差,回味。魷魚沙律一上碟,原來是蔬菜丶炸魷魚圈上面有日式沙律醬,蔬菜係美國長生菜丶蕃茄仔丶青瓜仔丶粟米粒,因為生菜好爽脆,感覺好清新,炸魷魚反而失色因為太硬。玉子吉列豬扒定食,配菜是泡菜,不辣只有酸甜味,雖然唔係正宗韓式泡菜味,但是都好食。面豉湯好多昆布和豆腐粒,而且不會一味死咸,正!玉子豬扒飯的玉子好靚好香蛋味,撈飯真係好正,因為d飯會好滑,吉列豬扒個吉列皮薄而且脆,冇皮肉分離,豬扒肉不鞋不太硬,這塊豬扒做得有水準。白飯唔夠熱,感覺有點硬,醬油汁冇味,幸好用玉子撈一撈,好d冇咁硬。整體以這個價錢對比食物丶服務,我覺得會再來幫襯。 continue reading

今次係第2次黎食味吉,上次午市黎有好多人,今次食晚飯決定早少少到,但夜晚意外地少人呢黑墨豚骨湯叉燒拉麵上次睇餐牌已經覺得佢個樣黑炆炆好得意!就決定係你啦雖然拉麵個樣的確係好黑,但墨汁既味未算濃,食唔出咩味,湯中既香料亦提唔到味不過幾欣賞依個拉麵既地方,就係佢食落唔會太膩,而且叉燒冇咩肥膏其實上次食過依度既豬軟骨豬骨湯拉麵,啲豬軟骨實在係極品可惜晚市既選擇較少,見唔到有豬軟骨拉麵抹茶芝士蛋糕+雲利拿雪糕反而甜品真係有驚喜,價錢好似都係大約$32蚊,比一般蛋糕店合理蛋糕味道濃郁帶點苦澀,向來覺得抹茶冇苦澀味就唔係抹茶,因此依個蛋糕對我黎岩岩好。不過覺得苦既都冇關係,因為蛋糕上面既棉花糖起左中和苦澀味既作用。質感方面個蛋糕係幾實心的,唔會食落成pat cream咁,我比較偏好依種質感既蛋糕雲利拿雪糕底下有紅豆蓉,本身我係沖住蛋糕而黎,對雲利拿雪糕=額外卡路里有啲抗拒,但同紅豆一齊食,不知不覺就食晒成個雪糕。自從細過成日食既味千拉麵難食左又貴左,已經好少出街去拉麵店,但依間可以期待 continue reading

因為相隔時間有點長..所以只說一說要點天婦羅蝦基本上做得很出色...不論是口感鬆脆, 還是那滑嫩的蝦肉..也是給出很高水準的評價..只是.. 因為蝦尾脫水做得不夠好, 引致蝦尾無法脆口!!!(滾地~~~緊記加強準備工夫啊.. continue reading

聖誕節假期後,同媽和細路一同去沙田禾輋探人再搵食,搵到呢間食拉麵的鋪頭。待應姐姐話客人多數叫傳統义燒拉麵,我覺得拉麵主要吃湯底,豬骨湯底夠熱,有濃濃豬骨味…..待應姐姐另一推介媽吃黑墨豚骨湯底,雖然湯底是黑色,但有很香口蒜味,媽媽出名食得慢,拉麵都冇因為湯放耐左變’林’, 义燒同豚角煮入口不錯,抵讚。對比出面一百蚊一碗拉麵,呢間拉麵館七十幾蚊一碗,而質數不錯,可再幫襯。細路麻麻地食拉麵,叫左個燒牛肋肉蕎麥麵。蕎麥麵份量不多,夠女孩子份量,不過蕎麥麵麵質彈牙, 點埋湯汁,清新。燒牛肋肉ok la..加上有什菜,好健康~ 拉麵以外,另一個選擇。小吃叫了個珍寶雞翼,雞翼炸得脆口, 精髓在於醬汁。有粒粒芝麻、蜜糖,’林’落雞翼上,一個字~正~…可惜得3隻,一人一隻,唔夠喉。 continue reading
