是日下午放假,碰巧家母有事做要去我上班地點那邊,遂在附近一起吃個午飯,去了我也未試過的米籽。午餐餐牌內容有足夠的選項,主食主要有米線、湯飯、泡飯及滷肉飯。原味豬骨米湯米線,配料選了魚肉春卷、花枝丸及肥牛 ($54),與平時的豬骨湯有點不同,湯底不是清徹的,而是有一層泡沫在面。據集團的網頁介紹,「湯底是用上新鮮豬骨熬煮而成,再配以獨家即磨香米漿」。相信那層泡沫就是加入米漿而成,湯底入口,實沒有感到好特別。米線份量充足,麵質稍為軟身一點。花枝丸爽口彈牙,不會太粉,魚肉春卷及肥牛普普通通。滷肉煎雙蛋飯,滷肉份量多又入味,滷肉肥瘦相間,帶點甘香。煎雙蛋好大隻,完全覆蓋飯面,惟雙蛋煎得過熟,若是太陽蛋,以蛋汁撈勻滷肉飯,應該會更滋味!珍珠奶茶 (+$12),奶與茶的比例平衡,不會過甜,好多珍珠,珍珠的煙韌度一般。珍珠紫薯牛乳 (+$3),紫薯的味道隱約,奶味偏重一點,幸好不會只是一股難飲的死甜,所以尚算可以。連同兩杯特飲,午餐的人均消費才$60,都算是飽肚抵食的午餐。 continue reading

在屋企樓下開了一家米線店,食物與價格相符。水煮魚米線味道不錯,魚片滑嫩,份量足夠。每碗60元,點餐後飲品可以用優惠半價,這樣的晚餐價格在現今社會已經算是物超所值了。 continue reading

今日OpenRice order米籽皮蛋芫荽魚片米線外賣自取,拎到翻屋企發現一塊魚片都無,摷黎摷去都係得豆腐,不過真係有好多豆腐嘅🥹究竟係無囇魚片定係用OpenRice落單嘅關係😫平時去到舖頭都係用自助機外賣,因為試過店員禮貌唔係咁好,次次都要等30分鐘先拎得,味道真係好一般,不過價錢都算ok,今日天氣凍突然想食湯米線咪試下OpenRice order米籽,竟然20分鐘就有得拎,係開心嘅,點知開心完就大失所望🫠 continue reading

之前試過早餐午餐都是好評,係未食過晚餐,難得唔使等位就「標」入去食,點了以下食物:1. 重慶酸辣花甲米線:花甲真係好多好多,成個花甲山咁,煮得岩岩好唔會過火,湯底味道適中。2. 泡椒金湯酸菜魚配白飯:魚片嫩滑,湯底跟花甲米線差唔多,酸辣度適中。3. 鮮魚片竹笙肉碎米湯泡飯,湯底味道有點似食緊腐竹糖水咁,份量都多而且鮮魚片都幾大塊。4. 小食- 涼拌雲耳、涼拌手拍青瓜、孜然鹽酥花枝丸:每碟全不過廿蚊,而且又幾好食,份量夠食唔會太小,鹽酥花枝丸最突出,炸得黎係最香口唔油膩。5. 餐飲- 冷泡茶及新鮮冷壓檸水:冷泡茶一支支,飲唔曬仲可以帶走,檸水改用冷壓檸檬汁取代新鮮檸檬片,口味當然新鮮檸檬好得多,有唔少餐廳都減低成本用檸檬汁,感覺會差好遠,下次會改飲冷泡茶。服務員親切有禮,上菜速度亦很快,早午晚係一致好評價,讚讚讚!!! continue reading
