石門有好多隱藏在工業大廈的寶藏小店,依間「賣撻」就係由網店做起嘅人氣烘焙店有五、六、八吋撻選擇適合生日慶祝另外也有迷你版,做散水餅/升職餅一流(要預先2-3天預訂)🌟香濃開心果撻外型用開心果忌廉整到好似箭豬咁😆切開係炒香的開心果、滑順嘅開心果慕絲、鬆軟的海綿蛋糕,層次分明又口感豐富!開心果味唔係香精嗰種假,甜得恰到好處,不會過甜,所以用上這麼多忌廉都唔會太Heavy,連平時唔太鍾意甜食嘅朋友都讚不絕口我最鍾意底層嘅曲奇撻皮,散發住濃郁嘅牛油香味!個撻皮整得咁buttery 咁香脆,難怪小店個名可以叫賣撻!🔴⚪️🔵另外佢嘅包裝袋採用紅白藍設計,好有本土特色,拎去送禮一啲都唔失禮! continue reading

賣撻已經成為my favourite tart, 每逢有朋友生日慶祝就會訂呢一間主打手工蛋糕餅撻嘅舖頭,佢嘅蛋糕有別於一般傳統蛋糕店,老闆以前做咗20幾年酒店蛋糕師傅,不停去鑽研整餅嘅技巧,創作咗好多賣相精緻唔同口味嘅特色蛋糕。店舖嘅蛋糕有別於一般蛋糕嘅底層,會以曲奇餅底做底層,鬆脆且有牛油香味,每一款嘅內層更加係非常之有層次。今次朋友生日,知道佢係開心果控,就訂左款五吋size嘅香濃開心果撻,頭層佈滿打到超creamy嘅開心果忌廉加上開心果碎,中層配上海綿蛋糕及開心果吉士,底層就有超香牛油味脆卜卜嘅餅底。每一口都帶出不同層次及口感。 continue reading

開心果控必食 「賣撻」係小編朋友介紹的一間餅店,小編朋友大力推薦佢哋開心果撻,令我都忍唔住想試吓。開心果撻賣相超靚,好岩打卡!面頭仲灑左啲開心果粒,增加口感口味方面一如小編朋友所講非常平衡,層次豐富得來,不會互相搶味。開心果忌廉吉士的果仁香和喜馬拉雅山岩鹽焦糖忌廉的焦糖芳香意想不到地夾,亦係平時少見的組合。招牌撻殼亦可見店主的一番心思,搽上黑朱古力,比其他店用白朱古力的成本更高,同時亦為整體帶來一點苦澀,令開心果撻口味更豐富。 continue reading
