賣撻已經成為my favourite tart, 每逢有朋友生日慶祝就會訂呢一間主打手工蛋糕餅撻嘅舖頭,佢嘅蛋糕有別於一般傳統蛋糕店,老闆以前做咗20幾年酒店蛋糕師傅,不停去鑽研整餅嘅技巧,創作咗好多賣相精緻唔同口味嘅特色蛋糕。店舖嘅蛋糕有別於一般蛋糕嘅底層,會以曲奇餅底做底層,鬆脆且有牛油香味,每一款嘅內層更加係非常之有層次。今次朋友生日,知道佢係開心果控,就訂左款五吋size嘅香濃開心果撻,頭層佈滿打到超creamy嘅開心果忌廉加上開心果碎,中層配上海綿蛋糕及開心果吉士,底層就有超香牛油味脆卜卜嘅餅底。每一口都帶出不同層次及口感。
