新記燒味係我從小食到大嘅老字號燒臘店,佢承載著我童年嘅好多同屋企人嘅美好回憶。每當經過上水,新記已經係我嘅不二之選。新記嘅叉燒燒肉飯係我最喜歡嘅❤️叉燒肥瘦相間,肉質鮮嫩多汁,燒肉皮脆肉香,每一口都令人滿足。飯粒軟硬適中,吸收咗叉燒同燒肉嘅香味,非常可口😋。同一般嘅燒味飯唔同嘅係,碟上面除咗盛載住滿滿燒味外,鋪滿面嘅薑蔥蓉,同埋墊底嘅鹹酸菜為整餐都額外加分!新記嘅例湯亦值得一試👍🏻。佢地每日都會提供唔同款式嘅例湯,例如蟲草花栗子煲雞腳湯、西洋菜排骨雞腳煲陳腎等等。湯底清甜或濃郁,食材新鮮,營養豐富,對於平日番工嘅無「飯」家庭嘅我,係湯水補給好地方🥹。總體而言,新記燒味係我心目中最好燒臘店之一。無論係燒味美味程度還是各位亞姨嘅服務熱情,都讓我感到非常滿意。如果大家正係尋找一家美味且價格親民嘅燒臘店,不妨都試下喎~ continue reading

今日lunch想食燒味飯,同事介紹食街市入面的新記,話十幾年嚟都好好食。我去到,見到好多人,就打算叫外賣,叫左油雞燒肉雙併。返到公司,一打開,不得了,覺得多到可以食2餐,我數過,有成10幾20件餸,仲要有啲酸菜,仲有碗中湯送。不得不提佢嘅酸菜,好脆好好食。而燒味就ok, 我食左同事一件叉燒,我覺得下次可能轉叉雞,而佢嘅中湯,都唔似味精湯,有好多料。依個時勢,40元有咁大盒嘅飯,真係好抵!! continue reading

上水街市燒味飯有兩間但我只食新記新記質素係贏幾條街(不幸斬中頭頭尾尾另計🙈)新記鋪頭細細, 地方唔算好坐, 但食物我俾9分半。特別推介佢哋嘅叉燒飯同埋切雞脾飯!叉燒飯嘅叉燒肥瘦適中,加上岩岩好嘅叉燒醬汁,令人回味。切雞脾飯亦然,雞肉嫩滑多汁,脾味濃郁,加埋個薑蓉, 不得了!即使餐廳環境唔係好,但係唔影響食物嘅味道同評價,服務ok la,都係街市姐姐,唔會特別客氣,但都ok ga,價錢實惠,絕對值得去逼下。 continue reading

今日同事建議晏晝食燒味,他們推介了上水石湖墟街市一間新記燒味,他們位置不難找,石湖墟街市二樓,出𨋢後經過一條走廊就找到,他們堂食食客也不少主要燒味為主,價錢都只是$39單雙拼一樣跟湯再有酸菜墊底,湯就每日不同。 今天買了一盒叉鴨飯雖然賣相冇乜特別,與一般的燒味檔差不多,但味道就很出色,叉燒一定要係半肥瘦,咬下去很滑很有口感,燒鴨也很入味很滑,鴨皮很香,另外他們用的是甜豉油撈飯很惹味;今天的雞腳眉豆湯味道很好,超級抵食👍。 continue reading

只有叉燒同例湯必食又一年多無來,今次系8/1/2023通關前來多一次,吾系吾知道會幾時再放心來。都因為疫情,同埋上次一過12點無曬叉燒,所以今次系一早9點就來,希望人少D 。來到都有幾個客,坐睇吾使考慮,一個叉燒燒肉飯同叉燒雞飯,再叫夥計例湯要多雞腳叉燒燒肉飯($38)3分-叉燒真系無得輸,睇相就知道系梅頭同埋好鬆軟,無得呃亦無得輸,- 燒肉今次真系吾掂,皮厚同硬到咬吾到,肉又實。- 另一樣無得輸就系個墊底酸菜,未食過其他地方有。叉燒雞飯($38)3分- 叉燒比另一碗廋D,所以硬小小,但都吾錯- 雞系雞胸,有雞味但系吾滑。例湯真系去邊搵啊,一碗都可以咁多湯底,雞腳,豬骨,眉豆,花生等,真系夠曬火候,以前系任你加,但疫情我就無問啦! continue reading
