餐廳細細地小店形式,乾淨企理,有吧檯及卡位,我哋當然會揀吧檯喇😄,因為可以近距離睇到師傅表演,有視覺及味覺雙重享受😆。當晚兩個前菜有牛蒡漬物及紅酒蕎頭,前者鹹香爽脆,後者帶點紅酒香,爽甜開胃😋。🥢鱈魚白子 白子幼滑creamy口感整像布甸,配上酸醋汁、辣椒蓉、蔥花及食用花,清新唔膩👍。🥢深海池魚2食1 刺身 - 鮮甜爽口,魚味濃郁,魚油甘香豐盈。2 池魚蔥苗卷 - 除咗魚味濃郁之外,蔥苗嘅清香隨著咀嚼慢慢滲出,多咗份清新爽香嘅味道,正👍。🥢活赤貝非常新鮮,師傅只加咗少少岩鹽及青檸汁,已經夠哂鮮甜,而且肉質爽脆無比😋。🥢岩手縣赤崎生蠔蠔身脹卜卜非常肥美,新鮮爽口,蠔味濃郁之餘海水味亦偏重,並帶着豐富嘅礦物味,呢款咁新鮮嘅生蠔師傅話只係响呢兩個月最當造💫。🥢燒鱈魚棒新鮮燒起嘅鱈魚乾香口又脆卜卜 ,一定要點埋沙律醬一齊食😆。🥢秋刀魚3食坐吧檯確實有好處,見師傅即席將條秋刀魚解體並將骨拔起,每個步驟都好小心,真係越睇越肚餓😄。1 刺身 - 魚味濃郁並充滿脂香,配上薑蓉使得整體清新唔膩亦增添份香氣😋。2 磯邊卷 - 外型超靚,用香脆嘅紫菜卷住秋刀魚、蔥芽等食材,紫菜獨特嘅芳香再加上濃香秋刀魚,非常好味😋。3 壽司 - 脂香嘅秋刀配上紫蘇花,唔膩之餘亦多份香氣🥰。師傅話呢一兩個月秋刀魚係最肥美,所以要食就趁當做,過咗聖誕後就無咁肥美😜。🥢厚切牛舌串燒厚厚嘅牛舌燒到內裡粉嫩juicy,外面焦香,肉質爽彈。🥢茶碗蒸非常滑溜又有蛋香嘅茶碗蒸,配上新鮮鹹香嘅三文魚子及creamy 鮮甜海膽,好味👍。我哋今次所食嘅都係正值時令嘅魚生及生蠔,所以想食到最新鮮嘅食材,記得直接向店家問下。另外仲發現有個好優惠嘅刺身盛🤩,原價$388而家都只係賣$228,性價比超高🤑,咪執輸下次再去食過🏃‍♀️。 continue reading

今日同朋友去大圍食日本野☺️幫襯下小店😆叫左個清酒煮蜆先-隻隻蜆都好大隻,而且好新鮮,個清酒湯都好好味,會忍唔住飲多幾啖牛肉稻庭烏冬-牛肉份量都好多,我覺得佢個食法好似生牛河咁,撈埋落熱湯到,令到牛肉唔會過熟同好滑,個湯底都好重牛味,加埋稻座烏冬好正我地叫左個優惠價既刺身盛,有活赤貝,海膽墨魚,赤蝦,三文魚腩,兩款飛機魚,哩個好好味😋 性價比高,好新鮮另外叫左個燒大蝦同埋蟹肉海膽卷,隻蝦好大隻好新鮮,海膽蟹肉卷都好好味😋 continue reading

呢日過嚟大圍探搬咗新屋嘅表妹,佢帶咗我嚟佢樓下嘅呢間日本菜😌 雖然我地係嗌單點嘅刺身同壽司,但係坐bar枱真係好有omakase嘅感覺🥰 可以聽下師傅推介菜式,又可以望住師傅製作,真係唔錯。石垣鯛一份有兩款調味,首先係用上自家製蛋黃醋配刺身,味道酸酸地幾清新🐠 另一款係用石垣鯛包裹住日本基蔥,兩款口味都食到石垣鯛原來嘅魚香。深海八爪足呢份更加特別,一份有三吃,師傅勁細心介紹用料同埋食嘅次序,跟住嚟食,味道真係更上一層樓🦑 第一食,先用岩鹽同埋少少柚子皮做調味,臨食之前點埋青檸汁,真係好鮮甜🍋‍🟩 中間係八爪魚嘅吸盤,配埋酸汁啫喱,吸盤好爽口,幾有新鮮感。最後一味係配紫蘇山梅汁,酸酸地都幾提鮮,紫蘇嘅味道好出,所以放最尾就好適合🍃針魚壽司面頭有半條針魚,師傅用咗啲薑蓉調味,唔會覺得好腥😌針魚串勁鍾意師傅嘅心思,食完針魚壽司,仲有嘅個製作精美嘅針魚串🍡 輕輕炙燒咗加埋青檸汁嘅針魚都幾美味。紋甲魷魚壽司魷魚先用水輕輕焯一焯,食落口更爽口🥰 用咗岩鹽同柚子皮做調味,食材新鮮,淨係簡單調味已經足夠😎銀鱈魚壽司師傅同我地介紹呢個銀鱈魚係刺身級別嘅,輕輕炙燒過,半熟狀態下更重油香🐟 馬糞海膽軍艦海膽份量充足,味道又好鮮甜,勁推介大家嗌呢份海膽😍赤蝦壽司好大隻赤蝦喺面,加上有師傅精心燒香咗嘅蝦膏,真係蝦味好出🦐 厚燒牛舌見到隔離枱嗌串燒都好吸引,所以我又跟機嗌咗份👅 牛舌幾juicy,口感彈牙。真係勁鍾意師傅推介嘅深海八爪足,一款刺身有三種配搭😝 如果大家嚟食,不妨都睇下師傅推介啲咩正野比大家。 continue reading
