今日陪家人去將軍澳醫院覆診,覆診完嚟附近嘅富寧花園買藥材,順便醫肚,呢度食肆唔多,堂食嘅就只得一間茶記,同埋呢間粉麵店。間舖幾光猛,亦好整潔,但全部都係圓檯圓櫈,無卡位,係典型嘅粉麵店格局,相比斜對面間茶記,呢度人流多啲,照計比另一間好食啲。家人叫咗碗雲吞米線,$42,我就叫咗牛腩牛筋麵($46+14=$60),另外叫咗碟炸魚皮,$14,一共$116。最先到嘅係炸魚皮,用個白色膠袋包住,要自己打開,明顯係預先包裝,咬一口,硬嘅,雖然食得到,但一啲都唔脆,所以我決定將佢留返嚟浸湯麵。米線及湯麵同時到,粉量算係足夠,家人畀咗兩粒雲吞我食,而佢就試咗我嘅牛筋。家人猛讚個雲吞好食,話好爽,啲蝦好大隻,而就覺得啲雲吞包得過實,唔得鬆,同佐敦間麥文記或中環麥奀記完全無得比,即使沾仔記嘅雲吞都好食過佢。牛腩切得公公正正嘅條狀,但無牛肉味,牛筋腍得嚟爽,算係當中最好食嘅嘢。麵係正常嘅蛋麵,無鹼水味,話時話,依家好少食到勁多鹼水嘅生麵,一般都係用蛋麵。成碗麵最大敗筆係鹹!尤其是炸魚皮沒落碗湯度就更鹹,而且無新鮮嘅炸魚皮浸落湯度嘅微聲吱吱響,證明包魚皮唔新鮮,唔知放咗幾多日,食完碗麵後勁口乾,好唔舒服,要立即埋單,走去隔離間超市買支茶嚟解渴。如果有下次的話,我肯定唔會叫炸魚皮同牛腩,寧願食得清清哋,叫碗水餃、菜肉餃,甚或雙丸好過。

其實比一百蚊食碗拉麵,不如平平地幾十蚊食碗清湯牛腩河好過啦。問心嗰句,40幾蚊,有咁嘅質素,超值啦,講吓佢啲牛腩先,夠淋,有五香味,唔太重其他味,所以唔會搶咗牛腩本身嘅牛味,佢有肥膏,瘦肉,跟腱位,所以食落去啲口感都有唔同。最唔鍾意啲牛腩一係全肥/一係全部瘦。呢碗牛腩河就唔會。河粉方面,夠新鮮,唔會疊埋一齊,條條分明,唔會煮到好淋,少少爽口,點解我叫河粉?因為貪佢夠滑,吸到湯!而湯頭唔算太清,但都唔會太咸,飲落都正!

今日因為有個朋友住將軍澳,所以佢就帶咗我嚟呢間度食牛腩麵,佢話呢度嘅牛腩好出名,於是我下午又同佢過咗嚟呢一間餐廳度食,佢嘅環境同其他粉面嘅裝修差唔多,但係都算乾淨,而且好光猛,當然坐得唔會特別舒服,因為佢用圓凳,我哋兩個人叫咗一碗牛腩米線同埋四寶丸,嚟到之後嗰碗麵一望就覺得好細碗喎,雖然我係女仔,但係我一望就知自己唔夠飽,不過唔緊要食咗先,牛腩咬落去,我覺得好好食好香嘅牛味,而且好有口咬,我覺得味道在錯,而且我哋加咗菜,所以佢有幾條菜心跟埋俾我哋我另外嗌咗一碗四寶丸,真係得四粒有魚蛋水餃墨丸,老實講,雖然佢哋係手做,但係四粒加一碗麵真係唔夠飽,所以我哋兩個再加左一碟炸雲吞,但係其實佢個價錢嚟講唔算平,除咗味道好之外份量同埋價錢我都覺得唔合理。

呢間鴻興清湯腩專家喺我嘅童年回憶,以前返工返學成日幫襯,可以話喺由細食到大,但自從搬咗屋之後,就小機會嚟食啦。 去探望母親大人,母親大人提意去食返碗麵,於是一齊落樓懷念一下清湯腩嘅味道😋😋我就叫咗個牛肚麵,母親大人叫咗碗瘦腩米線。牛肚麵:麵底口感柔韌富彈性,湯底一如既往的好,很濃郁。碗上會用湯匙裝住葱段比客人嘅,味道既熟悉又懷念,但今次牛肚炆得唔係好夠冧。瘦腩米線:瘦腩很juicy,夠冧身,而且份量足夠,見到母親大人食得津津有味,我都覺得好開心呀😊😊鴻興清湯腩專家 (將軍澳)將軍澳寶寧路25號富寧花園富寧商場下12號舖

呢間我真係由細食到大,由小學升中學到依家出社會,初初水準都叫keep到幾好,特別以前我都係好鍾意食佢啲牛腩仲有雲吞,佢既生意都好過出面戈間合興,之但係呢排真係越做越差,食到我一肚火,忍唔住要走上黎寫食評!叫大家去之前真係諗諗佢。午市,叫左牛腩河加大,如圖所示,啲「牛腩」乾到癲,食落仲要柴到咬唔郁,食到我成排牙都係啲牛肉絲,剩係用牙簽都用左幾條。真係再冇下次!Such a bad experience, never again.
