在逆市中看見新餐廳開業感覺興奮,缺定支持一下❤Makan Makan新開不久的那馬來西亞餐廳,位於將軍澳MONTEREY Place,午市時分戶外座位區座無虛席,人氣十足,一邊品嚐美食,一邊感受海風和陽光的溫暖,絕對是放鬆身心的好去處。朋友點了招牌雞尾酒Calamansi Mojito以新鮮金桔配以白朗姆酒,清爽怡人。我點了無酒精特飲Manis Dan Masam則混合了百香果、青瓜和洛神花茶,層次豐富。食物方面,Shrimp & Pomelo Salad蝦肉柚子沙律配上香烤椰絲和炸乾蔥,酸甜適中。Penang Prawn Noodle檳城蝦麵的湯底濃郁,河蝦鮮甜,配搭魚片、牙菜和雞蛋。Char Kway Teow 招牌炒貴刁以星洲醬油提味,海鮮新鮮,口感彈牙。整體環境氣氛很好,服務也很好價格合理,絕對值得再訪。

將軍澳新區嗰邊有好多餐廳,次次去親食都有好多唔同嘅新餐廳試。去咗間馬來西亞菜嘅餐廳叫咗兩個Lunch Set,叻沙同海南雞飯,仲包埋嘢飲同甜品。先講新加坡叻沙$98,湯底好濃郁,蝦嘅鮮味十足,米線滑溜,仲有半隻溏心蛋、魚片、豆卜同芽菜,辣度適中。海南雞飯$98都唔錯,雞肉實淨,雞皮油潤,配埋薑蓉同辣椒醬,味道豐富。跟餐仲包飲品,揀咗檸茶。甜品係芝麻湯圓,芝麻味濃郁,湯圓煙韌,甜度適中,係個完美嘅 ending。

Real Malaysian Food 👍🏻Feel surprised to see this new restaurant in TKO, thanks for the nice food from Malaysian chef. 🌟 An authentic Malaysian culinary adventure! From the first bite to the last, every dish was a delightful explosion of flavors. The rich, aromatic spices and the perfect balance of sweetness and heat left me craving more. The Nasi Lemak was an absolute standout, with its fragrant coconut rice and succulent sambal. And don't even get me started on the tender Beef Rendang - melt-in-your-mouth goodness! Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a genuine taste of Malaysia.🌟

Great place for Malaysian food. Love that they have a jar of sambal at the table so I don’t have to keep asking for extra servings of sambal. My personal favorite is Cha Kway, as it is hard to get this in Hong Kong and the chef did this simple hawker dish very well. It is like Penang’s char koay kak. The Prawn Mee is good too, rich broth with spicy kick, with a dollop of sambal and huge prawns, crunchy bean sprouts and fish cakes. My kids love the Nasi Lemak as the sambal is not too spicy (they can’t take it if it is too spicy), with fragrant coconut rice and they absolutely rave about the crispy fried chicken.We went during lunch time so the lunch set come with drink and dessert. For dessert, we had sesame dumplings, nice way to end the meal.
