「祥仔辣辣」是名廚 Ricky Cheung 的「祥仔」的旗下餐廳,顧名思義以辣爲烹煮主題。平日經過人流不多,始終經常吃四川菜的香港人不太多。Lohas 商場內的餐廳都差不多品嚐過,今日終於決定試下這間「祥仔辣辣」。店內環境寬敞,裝潢時尚。午餐有十二款選擇,大部分價錢五、六十元,價格只是比附近的太興、敏華茶餐廳貴少少。但是「祥仔辣辣」的環境、服務絕對好多多。如果食物味道合適,這裡絕對可以再光顧。小編第一次(或最後一次)來,當然要品嚐招牌四川菜。會員價平$20 即時登記享用優惠。甫坐下立即有壺精緻的茶,以為有茶錢,實際沒有任何費用。揀招牌午餐因為豐富少少,包括三個涼菜,可以6選3,揀左麻辣豬耳、尖椒皮蛋及蒜香酸辣牛舌。三個小食麻辣夠開胃,比較喜歡豬耳夠爽口。「招牌祥仔酸菜魚  $108」可以配白飯、拉麵或米線 ,會員價 $88,不過就冇薯粉揀。首先湯頭沒有酸菜撲鼻,温度只是微熱。雖然叫小辣,但是完全不帶麻又不帶辣。湯頭、魚肉與墊料亦比例恰當。 不過酸菜份量太小,湯頭沒有香濃的酸菜味,這個酸菜魚米線美其名只是普通雲南米線。墊料有支竹、豆卜、萵筍、雜菌、大豆芽,不過豆卜切成條狀而且只有兩片,沒有咬感更加沒有吸湯效果。支竹也是切成細細片而且只有兩片,唔夠喉。幸好薄切鱸魚肉塊塊大片份量多、厚薄一樣,入口滑溜。小編不好辣所以這個平淡的酸菜魚都適合小編。午飯時段不用排隊,用餐環境舒適,下次可以試下其他抵食午市套餐。 continue reading

今日來到康城站,行左去lohas park揾食,見到呢度有酸菜魚食,加上天氣又凍,食酸菜魚驅寒都好,大约下午兩點鐘就入去食,加上客人唔算太多,呢度更係用手機QR Code落單,今次揀左招牌祥仔酸菜魚拉麵,另有3款前菜可選擇,共$108加一3款前菜揀左蒜香麻辣牛舌,麻辣豬耳同涼伴拍青瓜,前菜食落都幾開胃,麻辣味幾夠,至於酸菜魚拉麵都有好多魚片,啖啖魚肉冇骨易入口,都夠魚味,個湯仲有腐皮,芽菜,萵荀同酸菜等配料,今次lunch套餐食完好滿意,食飽順便行下將軍澳跨灣大橋添! continue reading
