🌀 昨天剛下8號風球,因此在屋企附近找了一間中東餐廳吃晚飯。這間餐廳在將軍澳區很有名,我有很多朋友都推介,終於有機會品嘗。一走進門口,就很有中東的風味,屏幕上有一個很大的火爐,座位也很有中東feel。餐廳的廚師和侍應都是中東人,而身邊的食客全都是外國人,讓我回想起當年去摩洛哥旅行的回憶。食物正宗又高質,除了地中海菜,餐廳還有其他西餐選擇,例如意粉和Pizza,而我一心想來吃中東菜,所以其他菜式就留待下次。🍆 中東茄子醬 $90這道菜是由烤茄子、芝麻醬、大蒜和檸檬製成。醬的味道濃郁,口感綿軟,配合芝麻醬和大蒜的香氣,檸檬的酸味提升了整體的口感,十分開胃。附上一牌Pita Bread,讓人更加享受。🍢 串燒雞肉 $115串燒雞肉充滿了地中海風味,甜味醃製過和雞肉經過慢烤後口感鮮嫩多汁,配合洋蔥和蒜蓉醬一起食用,更是美味可口。上菜的時候是吊起來的,配上酸奶和沙律,真是視覺和味覺的雙重享受!
🧆 鷹嘴豆塔吉鍋 $158鷹嘴豆塔吉鍋是一道傳統的中東菜,鷹嘴豆用傳統醬汁烹煮得非常入味,醬汁濃郁。配上西蘭花、蜂蜜、豆類和混合胡椒,味道層次感強,十分美味正宗。🍚 雜堅果飯 $50雜堅果飯是與塔吉鍋一起吃的,米飯和堅果混合在一起,甜甜的口感讓人甚有驚喜。🍫 巧克力梳乎厘配冰淇淋 $95與其說是梳乎厘,我覺得它更像是心太軟加朱古力味雪糕。心太軟切開後,朱古力醬立刻流出來,再配上朱古力味雪糕,邪惡又美味,讓人無法抵擋它的誘惑。😈😋💰 總計: $559, 2位用餐(已包含10%服務費) continue reading

位於將軍澳唐俊街21號翩匯坊地下22號舖的 SeaRock Lounge,主打地中海菜。今次也是筆者第一次品嘗地中海菜式。地中海菜的烹煮方法少用油炸和燻烤,主要採用橄欖油去烹煮。食材上採用頗多海鮮、深色蔬菜、豆類及水果等。整體上,地中海菜能夠感受到食材本身天然的原味和鮮味。餐廳的燈光浪漫又有情調,適合和另一半來用餐。餐廳內也掛上了富有特色的沙漠壁畫。餐廳採用傳統方式點菜,店內的外籍女職員態度頗為親切誠懇。雖然點菜時主要用英語溝通,但餐牌為中英對照。📌Vegetarian Lasagna - $128(Seasonal Vegetable, Cheese and Tomato)蔬菜千層麵約二十分鐘後,焗蔬菜千層麵上桌了,香氣頗為誘人。面頭加了大量軟綿綿的芝士,令人垂涎三尺。將千層麵切成小份,和朋友分享,千層麵、芝士和菠菜層層相間,口感豐富。廚師毫不吝嗇,芝士份量充足,吃起來頗為香口。一份千層麵適合二至三人分享。。📌Chicken Tagine - $185雞肉塔吉鍋 (Tender Chicken Slow Cooked with Lemon Confit, artichokes and green olive)用鹽漬檸檬(Lemon Confit)略醃嫩雞肉,再加入雅枝竹和綠橄欖等配料,放在塔吉鍋內慢煮。雞胸肉的質感不會太過老,而且有少許檸檬的香氣,感覺清新怡人。其他配菜還包括有紅蘿蔔條,青瓜條等。雞胸肉有三件,一份塔吉鍋也是適合二至三人分享。。吃畢主菜,筆者也不會有油膩或不舒服的感覺,檸檬的香氣在口腔內揮之不去。晚餐後步行到將軍澳港鐵站時,步伐也是愉快輕盈的。。📌Home-made Pita Basket - $35自製中東皮塔餅女侍應頗為貼心,在塔吉鍋上桌後,詢問我們是否需要點即點即製的皮塔餅。皮塔餅上桌時,還是熱騰騰的,麥味頗為香濃。。📌Fruit Punch (左)- $56📌Virgin Pina Colada (右)- $66筆者和朋友第二天都要上班,所以點了兩杯無酒精飲品。筆者的Virgin Pina Colada頗為美味,椰子和菠蘿的味道出眾而濃郁,兩款食材的比例恰當,不會失衡。朋友的Fruit Punch味道清新開胃,能嚐到豐富的水果味道。 continue reading

喺海濱長廊一試特色地中海料理🍴異國風情既格調,熱情既店員,餐廳標榜少鹽少糖,老闆仲要識講廣東話同變魔術😂一見到homemade searock tacos 🌮毫無抵抗力地叫左🤪我地揀左雞肉 ($170),得3件以為好少?但每個taco配料都好足!雞肉唔會好鹹,配埋啲sause仲好fresh添。之後叫左個lamb lasagna ($168),竟然完全無羶味,面層佈滿香濃芝士,味道豐富,唔好睇佢咁細兜,食左¼其實都有啲飽!少少貪心嘅我地仲有個seafood platter ($305/2)😂除左有開邊大虎蝦,仲有扇貝、魚肉、蜆同魷魚筒🦑簡單既調味保留左海鮮既原味,配以檸檬黃油醬的確係幾特別👍🏼唔想飲酒嘅話mocktails選擇都唔少,我地分別叫左virgin mojito ($56) 同virgin 🍓daiquiri ($56),都係清新口味之選。平時黎呢度飲杯野,望住海濱個view chill下都唔錯💙 continue reading

去海景餐廳不一定去尖沙咀海旁或港島,將軍澳也有跨灣大橋美麗景色~來到一間吃中東菜的餐廳,外國客人也比較多。Menu上有很多新鮮菜式,可惜人不夠多,下次要叫多幾個朋友一起來。三文魚塔吉鍋 $212第一次試塔吉鍋,上菜時夠晒熱辣辣,特製醬汁嫩三文魚,三文魚夠鮮嫩,配新鲜蔬菜,個醬汁可以配飯/ 餅吃。我們加了$35配皮塔餅,餐廳自家製的中東麵包,口感有點像Pizza餅皮,但比較煙靭有口感。瑪格麗特薄餅$148餅皮可選厚批或薄批,我們選了薄批~焗得幾脆口。pizza款是番茄醬和入口即融的奶餎馬蘇里拉芝士,簡單得來但做到豐富口感。水牛雞翼$118雞翼夠香脆,肉質鮮嫩,配芝穌醬和自家製辣椒醬其實不算辣,但勝在夠惹味。 continue reading
