To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🌀 昨天剛下8號風球,因此在屋企附近找了一間中東餐廳吃晚飯。這間餐廳在將軍澳區很有名,我有很多朋友都推介,終於有機會品嘗。一走進門口,就很有中東的風味,屏幕上有一個很大的火爐,座位也很有中東feel。餐廳的廚師和侍應都是中東人,而身邊的食客全都是外國人,讓我回想起當年去摩洛哥旅行的回憶。食物正宗又高質,除了地中海菜,餐廳還有其他西餐選擇,例如意粉和Pizza,而我一心想來吃中東菜,所以其他菜式就留待下次。🍆 中東茄子醬 $90這道菜是由烤茄子、芝麻醬、大蒜和檸檬製成。醬的味道濃郁,口感綿軟,配合芝麻醬和大蒜的香氣,檸檬的酸味提升了整體的口感,十分開胃。附上一牌Pita Bread,讓人更加享受。🍢 串燒雞肉 $115串燒雞肉充滿了地中海風味,甜味醃製過和雞肉經過慢烤後口感鮮嫩多汁,配合洋蔥和蒜蓉醬一起食用,更是美味可口。上菜的時候是吊起來的,配上酸奶和沙律,真是視覺和味覺的雙重享受!
🧆 鷹嘴豆塔吉鍋 $158鷹嘴豆塔吉鍋是一道傳統的中東菜,鷹嘴豆用傳統醬汁烹煮得非常入味,醬汁濃郁。配上西蘭花、蜂蜜、豆類和混合胡椒,味道層次感強,十分美味正宗。🍚 雜堅果飯 $50雜堅果飯是與塔吉鍋一起吃的,米飯和堅果混合在一起,甜甜的口感讓人甚有驚喜。🍫 巧克力梳乎厘配冰淇淋 $95與其說是梳乎厘,我覺得它更像是心太軟加朱古力味雪糕。心太軟切開後,朱古力醬立刻流出來,再配上朱古力味雪糕,邪惡又美味,讓人無法抵擋它的誘惑。😈😋💰 總計: $559, 2位用餐(已包含10%服務費)

位於將軍澳唐俊街21號翩匯坊地下22號舖的 SeaRock Lounge,主打地中海菜。今次也是筆者第一次品嘗地中海菜式。地中海菜的烹煮方法少用油炸和燻烤,主要採用橄欖油去烹煮。食材上採用頗多海鮮、深色蔬菜、豆類及水果等。整體上,地中海菜能夠感受到食材本身天然的原味和鮮味。餐廳的燈光浪漫又有情調,適合和另一半來用餐。餐廳內也掛上了富有特色的沙漠壁畫。餐廳採用傳統方式點菜,店內的外籍女職員態度頗為親切誠懇。雖然點菜時主要用英語溝通,但餐牌為中英對照。📌Vegetarian Lasagna - $128(Seasonal Vegetable, Cheese and Tomato)蔬菜千層麵約二十分鐘後,焗蔬菜千層麵上桌了,香氣頗為誘人。面頭加了大量軟綿綿的芝士,令人垂涎三尺。將千層麵切成小份,和朋友分享,千層麵、芝士和菠菜層層相間,口感豐富。廚師毫不吝嗇,芝士份量充足,吃起來頗為香口。一份千層麵適合二至三人分享。。📌Chicken Tagine - $185雞肉塔吉鍋 (Tender Chicken Slow Cooked with Lemon Confit, artichokes and green olive)用鹽漬檸檬(Lemon Confit)略醃嫩雞肉,再加入雅枝竹和綠橄欖等配料,放在塔吉鍋內慢煮。雞胸肉的質感不會太過老,而且有少許檸檬的香氣,感覺清新怡人。其他配菜還包括有紅蘿蔔條,青瓜條等。雞胸肉有三件,一份塔吉鍋也是適合二至三人分享。。吃畢主菜,筆者也不會有油膩或不舒服的感覺,檸檬的香氣在口腔內揮之不去。晚餐後步行到將軍澳港鐵站時,步伐也是愉快輕盈的。。📌Home-made Pita Basket - $35自製中東皮塔餅女侍應頗為貼心,在塔吉鍋上桌後,詢問我們是否需要點即點即製的皮塔餅。皮塔餅上桌時,還是熱騰騰的,麥味頗為香濃。。📌Fruit Punch (左)- $56📌Virgin Pina Colada (右)- $66筆者和朋友第二天都要上班,所以點了兩杯無酒精飲品。筆者的Virgin Pina Colada頗為美味,椰子和菠蘿的味道出眾而濃郁,兩款食材的比例恰當,不會失衡。朋友的Fruit Punch味道清新開胃,能嚐到豐富的水果味道。

今次又嚟咗酒吧食嘢🤣呢度環境好有feel唔少人收工過嚟飲嘢chill下😎今次試咗雞肉夾餅、Pizza、招牌沙律🥗Pizza有得揀經典薄批、薄脆批,薄脆批好食😍完全係食緊餡料嘅感覺🤭芝士好足🧀加埋酸甜茄醬,完全唔膩❤️雞肉夾餅都好正!餡料好多!雞肉滿滿👍🏻又唔會油膩🫶🏻招牌沙律份量好足,雞蛋仲係熱😜佢隻醬有啲似青瓜乳酪醬,清新唔溜~全部嘢食完都冇負擔🥳👍🏻推薦大家過嚟試吓🤤

It's time for chilllllll🍽🥂🍷🥃🍸🍹🍾💫..將軍澳海邊chill 西餐廳不少,呢晚就黎左一間磚紅色為主調既地中海菜餐廳🍽。充滿異國風情✨ 環境開揚,設有室內 & 戶外座位,燈光柔和有情調,好岩約埋班朋友黎放鬆一下飲杯野🍸 & 食下tapas 吹吹風 添,我間中都會黎同朋友聚聚🥂。食物份量足又味道夠正宗又惹味,晚間來飲返杯、食下小食,確係將軍澳南一處聚腳點呢。🔸Lamb Lasagna $168羊肉千層麵🍴 即叫即焗需時~ard 20mins, 上枱熱辣辣香噴噴,好吸引😍!面層有大量Mozzarella Cheese 好邪惡但好惹味,用上羊肉 配香辣茄醬 & 蕃茄醬做成一層層既肉餡,令整體千層麵口感豐富又香口,每口都好滿足。🔸Grilled Chicken Pizza $158燒雞肉薄餅 thick pizza 但食落都好薄唔會漏,同樣配料十足,簡單滋味。配埋tabasco 更香辣惹味。🔸Guava Smoothie $66 each鐘意飲酒,但酒以外既有香甜奶昔,Guava 口味平日少見,粉紅色確吸引💖 清新之選。🔸Cheesecake strawberry sauce $68最後來個飯後甜品,質地較輕盈既芝士餡 配上用牛油消化餅底,士多啤梨醬中和膩感,大滿足。..×××××ש將軍澳唐俊街21號翩匯坊地下22號舖..

今日嚟咗一間特別嘅餐廳,風格都好有異國風情,再配合埋音樂,已經覺得成間餐廳好有氛圍感。我哋叫咗Searock雙拼薄餅,佢哋嘅Pizza可以自己揀薄底或者經典底,Pizza雙拼可以試晒雞肉同埋羊肉嘅口味,我自己就比較鍾意羊肉,羊肉應該有炒過感覺嘢味d。我哋仲揀咗個平時好少食嘅嘢食,就係佢地自製searock 墨西哥夾餅,夾餅都有三款口味,我就揀咗雞肉,呢個對我嚟講都幾有驚喜,入口雖然有好多唔同嘅醬,然後連埋雞肉,食落竟然吾會漏,反而覺得幾夾幾好食。另外,仲叫左大蝦菠菜苗燴飯,呢個到咗嗰陣我都嚇親,竟然蝦就已經有7隻,真係咁足料。餐廳嘅份量都幾足下,叫咗三樣嘢都已經飽到食吾曬😂最重要係餐廳唔單止有咁多嘢食選擇,仲可以食飯直落飲嘢,滿足晒所有願望🤣,真係好chill!!
