To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. (Tender Chicken Slow Cooked with Lemon Confit, artichokes and green olive)
用鹽漬檸檬(Lemon Confit)略醃嫩雞肉,再加入雅枝竹和綠橄欖等配料,放在塔吉鍋內慢煮。

雞胸肉的質感不會太過老,而且有少許檸檬的香氣,感覺清新怡人。其他配菜還包括有紅蘿蔔條,青瓜條等。

雞胸肉有三件,一份塔吉鍋也是適合二至三人分享。

吃畢主菜,筆者也不會有油膩或不舒服的感覺,檸檬的香氣在口腔內揮之不去。晚餐後步行到將軍澳港鐵站時,步伐也是愉快輕盈的。

筆者和朋友第二天都要上班,所以點了兩杯無酒精飲品。筆者的Virgin Pina Colada頗為美味,椰子和菠蘿的味道出眾而濃郁,兩款食材的比例恰當,不會失衡。朋友的Fruit Punch味道清新開胃,能嚐到豐富的水果味道。
