To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平心而論 Pizza 意粉薯條都好好食不過店員服務態度惡劣 排隊不公平嚴重影響我哋放假帶小朋友外遊的心情 我地排隊先 4大2小 同店員講的好清楚竟然卑後面8人檯坐先 話自己少大檯所以會卑人坐左先中間仲建議我地分開坐真系笑左重點係外籍店員完全冇講過對唔住少少歉意都冇 人地生意根本唔憂做 附近都冇咩食 真系卑錢買難受😣

Cafe Boheme係喺西九文化區，主打經典意大利菜，有沙律🥗、意粉🍝、薄餅🍕，海景餐廳嚟講，價錢都幾親民👏🏻！有indoor同outdoor座位，坐outdoor就歎到無敵海景，食完飯行下海旁，吹下海風都幾chill㗎🌊🍕Pollo Pizza $158第一次食雞胸肉pizza😂原來都唔錯，有驚喜！感覺健康啲，少咗啲邪惡感😈呢個pizza用咗2款芝士🧀：水牛芝士mozzarella同乳清芝士ricotta，芝士鹹香同雞胸肉味道好夾，餅底屬於脆薄類型😋🍝Tagliatelle Carbonara $148配料好豐富，份量都幾多😋有磨菇、洋蔥、煙肉、雞蛋、芝士，賣相吸引！扁意粉口感煙韌，醬汁有香濃芝士味，都幾杰身同creamy，做到掛汁效果😙

好少嚟西九文化區，求其搵咗呢一間食晚餐，出乎地覺得都幾好味。佢呢度嘅Pizza都大個，味道好唔錯，又夠熱批底又夠脆。意粉整得都幾好，味道適中。而個芝士餃子有驚喜，有濃濃的芝士味。至於雞翼，就真係好一般，炸到又比較硬。
