📌 大門橫丁 (厚福街) - 尖沙咀厚福街9號豪華閣地下🗓(25/5) 星期六 ⏰ 晚上6點左右 💈特式:大門橫丁係香港都有好多年歷史,最高峰好似都有4~5間分店,不過而家暫時就淨返尖沙咀同旺角兩間,不過都係旺區同位置都就腳。🥩🍔🌭🌮🥗🥯🥘🍲🍝🍣🥟🍤🍱食物:我十多年前都已經有幫襯開佢,最鍾意食嘅就係佢個沙嗲湯底烏冬,仲有佢地嘅串燒都做得唔錯,等我講吓🍲🍢味道先......🐮🍜特上橫丁沙嗲湯手打烏冬$8️⃣9️⃣ - 佢個沙嗲湯底濃得嚟夠沙嗲味,但湯身又唔係好杰身個隻,可以當湯咁飲,烏冬滑身又彈牙,配料就有牛肉/豬軟骨/糖心蛋/蜜糖豆/粟米/鳴門卷,牛肉重牛味,肉質唔韌,豬軟骨炆得好腍滑香口,糖心蛋就正常偏好味,蜜糖豆超爽口,我每次去親都叫呢個,食左咁多年都未厭。🍶🍜清酒湯大蜆手打烏冬$1️⃣2️⃣4️⃣ - 呢個清酒湯底出面應該比較少見,湯頭有陣陣清酒香,大蜆超過10隻,而且都幾大隻,食落除左唔韌無沙外,仲幾有鮮味。🦑芥末八爪鬚$5️⃣8️⃣ - 八爪魚鬚份量都幾多,個芥末醬係偏向日式芥末沙律醬,偏甜身唔攻鼻個款。🐮👅芥末籽燒特級厚牛舌$5️⃣2️⃣ - 牛舌都幾厚身,口感爽口,呢個芥末醬就係偏西式嘅蜜糖芥末醬,同八爪魚鬚嗰個芥末醬好唔同。🐮黑松露金菇牛肉卷$4️⃣6️⃣ - 金菇牛肉卷都算係串燒界嘅中流砥柱,呢個仲加埋黑松露,相得益彰。🐥鹽燒日本博多雞尾串$4️⃣0️⃣ - 雞尾即係雞屎忽,係日本好常見用嚟做串燒,香港就唔係間間串燒店都會有,餐廳處理得幾好,夠乾身又無異味。🐮👅香蔥牛舌卷$4️⃣5️⃣ - 餐廳用薄身牛舌片卷起日本蔥嚟燒,表面牛舌片僅僅熟,入面嘅香蔥仲係好juicy。🐥日本雞胸軟骨串$4️⃣2️⃣ - 呢個可以揀鹽燒/汁燒/辣汁燒,我地就揀左用鹽燒,香口得嚟個雞胸軟骨又唔會燒到乾晒水。🦐🐷自家製蝦膠滑豬腩串$4️⃣9️⃣ - 都係可以揀鹽燒/汁燒,呢個就用左汁燒,蝦滑彈牙有蝦味,不過如果揀鹽燒應該會更好,個蝦味會更出。☕️🍵🥤🧋🍺🍷🥃🍹🧉🍾🍶🥛飲品 - 飲品有不少清酒/啤酒選擇,唔飲酒嘅朋友都可以選擇汽水/梳打等等,我地就叫左支椰青水,同一杯桂花蜜,鐘意桂花香嘅朋友一定要試。🍽環境:餐廳佔地雖然唔大,但坐位佈置都幾闊落,枱與枱之間亦算鬆動,坐得都舒服,雖然開左咁長時間,但環境都keep得乾淨整潔。🤵🏻🤵🏻‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️服務:職員服務好好,語氣溫柔有禮,亦會預早話俾你知有某d食品已經賣晒等等,因為上枱個鍋係好熱,所以佢地會提醒客人小心焫親。💰💸價錢:2個人食左2碗烏冬,6串串燒,一個小食,2個飲品,埋單連加一都只係剛剛$6️⃣0️⃣0️⃣多少少,價錢都算係合理。🐲💬總結:我通常一段時間就會同朋友去食,因為成日都會掛住佢個沙嗲湯底,出面未必食到咁香濃啱口味嘅沙嗲,推介各位沙嗲愛好者可以去試下。推薦指數:❤️❤️❤️❤️🤍 continue reading
