To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 同FD好耐冇食雞煲,今日行過哩間鋪頭,咁試試啦。餐廳以紅色為主,裝修得好靚。晚市full咗7成,都幾旺下。可樂,食雞煲一定要飲汽水,哩間餐廳會搭配埋冰杯,好貼心。香蒜燒茄子,叫個燒烤等雞煲煮滾。茄子肉綿軟,入口即化,同埋帶少少焦香。燒茄子本身已經夠香,再加埋蒜蓉,蒜香撲鼻,好有四川風味。重慶雞煲(半隻),揀咗小麻和小辣。雞煲一上枱已經聞到撲鼻嘅麻辣香氣,雞肉斬件大小啱啱好,肉質嫩滑得嚟又夠入味。一啖咬落去,麻辣醬香層次分明,食到停唔到口。食完雞煲,仲可以加入高湯打邊爐。鴨血,鴨血又彈又嫩,同埋完全冇腥味。麻辣湯底配鴨血簡直係絕配,辣汁滲入去,每一啖都係辣中帶鮮甜。精選美國肥牛片,肥牛片切得薄身,一淥即熟。肥牛片油脂分佈均勻,入口即溶,牛味濃鬱得嚟又唔會膩。點埋少少豉油辣椒醬,牛肉鮮味即刻提升。金針菇,打邊爐一定要叫份金菇,金菇煮幾耐都好,食落都好爽脆。唐生菜,淥兩淥就食得,食落爽脆清甜。生菜吸曬湯底嘅精華,食完濃味嘢再嚟啖生菜,即刻解膩。 continue reading
