Attracted by their Seafood Cruiser but their Mains were quite good as well.For the drinks, Poseidon Treasure looked the most fancy and my friends agreed it also tasted the best.The seafood cruiser came and it was amazing. The "shooters" had different flavors and besides oyster, my favorite is the scallop pomelo salad.While we were waiting for the main, we enjoyed the melting cheese with toast. This "snack" is almost as fulfilling as a main so don't plan to order that much food if have this snack.Both mains were just as tasty. The roast chicken was really juicy and the crisp for the knuckle was just as its name implies.

今日嚟到呢間餐廳就係上網見到呢度有隻海鮮船,非常吸引,見到係五顏六色咁閃,加埋乾冰噴煙嘅效果真係成為餐廳嘅焦點,入到嚟再望一望餐牌原來仲有好多嘢食可以選擇,餐廳入邊燈光,非常有情調,座位又夠闊落,出面仲有戶外嘅餐枱坐喺出邊吹吹風都好舒服烤脆豬手$288,豬手非常大隻,賣相又夠豐富,外皮燒到金黃色焦脆又香口,肉質仲好亂畫又唔會太鹹而且豬肉同脂肪嘅比例有非常平均咬一啖覺得有非常豐富嘅膠質入面燒到唔會乾身,旁邊仲放有薯蓉同埋配菜,薯蓉做到非常creamy , 又有好香濃嘅牛油味,最好的就是一放低已經切好晒,方便食用,廚師非常細心,非常有水準龍蝦扁意粉$238上枱非常吸晴,龍蝦size真係好大隻,煎香咗嘅龍蝦,食落去啖啖肉,龍蝦肉好新鮮味道好鮮甜,意大利粉亦都煮到啱啱好,軟硬度適中,將龍蝦肉配搭埋意粉一齊食提升口感層次。海鮮意大利飯$218,意大利飯有點硬,咬下煙韌,口感非常特別,同平時食開嘅飯唔同,飯入面仲有好多海鮮,食落淡淡都好足料,有大蝦🍤青口,同埋魷魚,蝦嘅size非常大,肉質又夠鮮甜,咬落夠爽口,非常新鮮

趁今日放假,同另一半出去尖沙咀食飯,朋友介紹我去咗一間好浪漫嘅西餐廳,環境氣氛都好好,好值得推介一下。Poseidon Restaurant & Bar. 餐廳位於尖沙咀亞士厘道嘅樓上舖頭,座位空間感非常足夠,喺度無論飲酒定係食飯感覺到好舒適。龍蝦扁意粉,配香草龍蝦汁。大大隻龍蝦喺意粉上面,相當吸引,一疏疏嘅龍蝦肉入口味道鮮甜,肉質爽口彈牙。最鍾意就係龍蝦肉上面嘅香料調味,帶出龍蝦嘅鮮味。下面嘅意粉配埋香草,龍蝦汁,龍蝦嘅鮮味,整體配搭埋一齊,口感同味道都非常有層次。德國豬手配薯蓉,芥末。豬手皮烤到焦香酥脆,食落去卜卜聲,入邊嘅豬肉非常嫩腍,進食時蘸芥未醬,可以食到豬手有少少鹹香同醬汁嘅香味,兩者混為一體增添味道層次。旁邊嘅薯蓉可以減低豬手嘅油膩感,令到你特別開胃,豬手都食多幾啖。虎蝦海鮮意大利飯,虎蝦煎到好香,肉質鮮嫩彈牙,配上意大利飯味道好夾,意大利粉亦都煮到啱啱好,唔會過硬或太林。煙煙韌韌口感一流。

尖沙咀亞士厘道有間樓上西餐廳,見到佢有款好靚嘅海鮮船,俾佢吸引咗我去打卡,除咗賣相惦,味道都好正,其他食物同cocktail都唔錯🌟海神珍珠號有4款海鮮火焰北海道帶子伴柚子碟豆花沙律 x 4松葉蟹鉗伴海葡萄南瓜汁 x 4金槍魚茸配羽衣甘藍紅菜頭忌廉汁 x 4鮮蠔配雞尾酒 x 12生蠔冇腥味,用cocktail浸住幾好味,平時唔點食生蠔嘅我今次食半打完全冇問題,而帶子幾新鮮,輕輕燒過幾香🌟鱘魚黑魚子煙三文魚他他面頭一大堆黑魚子,中間就煙三文魚,個底就有紅菜頭,一啖咁食幾有層次🌟黑松露香烤甜薯薯條甜薯薯條炸到外面好脆,而番薯肉甜得黎仲好軟好淋🌟烤脆豬手配薯蓉、酸椰菜及蜜糖芥末汁食完啱啱3樣野其實都幾飽,所以見到呢個豬手時有啲嚇親,因為勁大份,好彩最後都食得哂豬手皮烤得勁脆,豬手肉嫩身,味道唔會話太鹹,而且脂肪唔算多有酸椰菜同沙律菜伴碟,食完可以清下油膩感🌟Poseidon's Treasure呢杯cocktail用個盒裝住,打開果下好多煙飄出黎,打卡一流成份係Rum酒配蝶豆花、檸檬、雪碧、新鮮水果,酒精濃度唔算高,幾易入口,啱哂女仔飲🌟 RainforestGin酒溝梳打配上青瓜同薄荷葉,仲有接骨木花嘅香味,飲落好清新
