To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想一人靜靜地係尖沙咀吃個和食，呢度似乎係個好選擇。服務員先安排座位，遞上熱騰騰的綠茶，感到十分有禮。今次嗌了「百両定食」set,有前菜、沙律、烏冬、炸物、壽司和味噌湯，十分豐富。烏冬的麵條有嚼勁，炸物是炸蝦和忌廉芝士餅，炸得十分香脆，前菜是甜南瓜，壽司共有六件，配上芥末醬和豉油吃風味更佳，慢慢的細嚼每件的食物，配上暖和的味噌湯，十分圓滿的一餐。午膳時間有很多附近返工的來吃飯，如果不想等太耐可以早些來享用。

午餐想食壽司咁岩見到佢，走入去試下，整體體驗舒服對得住價錢，平日就要等下位。先講環境，坐位舒服唔迫，燈光同設計好似去左日本職人餐廳，偏暗黃燈光有家居感覺，可以暫時避開office 都市世界。食物方面，lunch set有好多選擇由鍋物到壽司都有，今次試左極上9格壽司套餐，最中意食嘅帶子味道都唔錯，唔會腥，壽司飯濕度都ok唔會好乾/酸味太出。配菜就有味噌湯，蒸水蛋，沙律同類似蕃薯泥，蕃薯泥好好味，應該混合左日式調味，例如味噌，混合出來唔會蓋過蕃薯嘅原味，都唔會成話好濃味噌搶曬。最後叫左甜品，北海道芝士蛋糕配抹茶雪糕，實物蛋糕好細只有約1/4手掌大小，味道中規中矩，雪糕建議快啲食融化速度好快。

兩天前，和位大家閨秀到這裏午膳，因為食量稍大，亦有點纔，所以叫了三個套餐（質素都一如既往地好），靜靜在一角享用這幸福。千兩一向是性價比很好的地方，我倒是首次到這店。用膳時已經覺得今天朋友穿著很粗疏，心情亦有點暴躁，數次要求添餐具/紙巾/酸薑/芥茉等，連外賣盒也要了三次（不同容量）。膳後閒話家常之際，朋友突然小聲哭起來（先後三次），原來她家裏發生了很大的衝突，抑壓著的情緒終於爆發出來。這期間又要了數次紙巾（總共是六、七次）。我當然是尷尬地開導著，減少被路人甲乙丙，誤作始亂終棄的現場版教材。尤幸一小時多宣洩過後，她拾回心情。期間要了兩次咖啡，不同的服務員，一如之前的十多次服務，既有效率，亦有禮貌地執行了我們所需的，叫咖啡那次的誤會，也細解心地釋了情況。在適當時候，數次添茶，收拾餐具和檯面的紙巾，沒有不耐煩，沒有暗示是時候打道回府。謝謝妳們！

今日到千両吃午餐，發現他已經轉咗新餐牌，每一款都好吸引。中吞拿魚腩丼定食$158真係估唔到150幾蚊有中拖羅，而拖羅的質素相當唔錯，相當肥美，肉質纖細柔滑，充滿油份，其實同大拖羅唔會差好遠，魚脂甘香，又有魚味，加上滑滑吞拿魚蓉和三文魚子，味道鮮味非常可口。 再吃一口清爽嘅沙律，呷一口麵豉湯十分滿足。

The environment and ambience was dim and private - not a bad thing for patrons to enjoy in the overall dining experience. We ordered a few different things to try: (don’t remember the names of them but here’s a semi-description lol 😂)~ A tuna belly, sea urchin and salmon roe rice bowl~ 300ml of house sake ( i think they were doing a special on this)~ Snow crab & sea urchin hand rolls~ Soft shell crab roll~ Seared salmon roll with salmon roe~ Deep fried tofu with mentaiko.We were pretty full after all this and found the dishes to be very fresh. The seafood were all super fresh tasting and the sea urchin was subtly sweet tasting - definitely recommend 👌🏻.I love the sake - really can remember its descriptors but it was crisp, served iced and had a refreshingly clean taste to it 🤤
