情人節同太太難得二人世界,訂左呢間餐廳食兩set 加埋過三千既廚房發辦。本來希望食餐好,結果令人既失望又憤怒。食完不禁問句,呢間餐廳,為左係節日賺到盡,可以幾咁無恥。而明顯地,呢間餐廳係寧願犧牲客人、消費客人,都要overbooking既情況去接客做生意,無良無恥。首先,我地booking 係7:30pm, 被安排去一個小黑房(仲要近廁所)。節日人多,明白理解。但不能理解既係,點解成個用餐過程要過3個鐘?點解食一道前菜(似乎可以一早備定既煮南瓜、凍蕃茄)要等9個字?然後再到下一道菜(只係刺身!!要時間養大條魚?要磨利把生鏽既刀?定想請你地overbooking 未解凍得切d 魚生?)。然後繼續接近半個鐘一道菜既等待!!合理嗎?上餐時間如此有問題,好明顯,間餐廳overbooking. 為左賺錢,so what.食廚師發辦,其實係客人對餐廳一種善意同信任。相信師傅最基本會清楚booking 狀況,會準備定夠食物俾每一個你接受booking 既客人!結果?同我地講生蠔賣曬(唔係我ad boc 叫架wo!!你餐牌寫明架wo!!) 換第二款得唔得?如果做廚師發辦都仲可以備貨備到咁垃圾?執左佢ok?再一次證明,overbooking 照做。然後上壽司,全餐飯加速得最快既環節,加速到我第一次見到壽司飯係充滿一達達不均勻既紅色,請問係咩style 既壽司?我見到既有人趕工煮飯出貨結果連醋都撈唔切就出街!(呢d 野好基本,元氣都做得好過你!)好明顯,overbooking 照接客,食物質素?是但喇。壽司刺身仲有筋添,嘩~~呢個價位既廚房發辦我地都食過幾次,呢個價位真係第一次見有筋。係廚師刀工好?定買手出問題?定又係overbooking 硬夾做就俾d 垃圾客人食?真係一間不知廉恥既餐廳!! continue reading

第一次食Omakase係捧住個肚走服務態度好好,食到差唔多嘅時候仲不停問我哋夠唔夠飽,唔夠可以再送多啲嘢俾我哋食~但真係食咗好多嘢,已經食唔落🤣而且試咗好多唔同食材,師傅話我哋好好彩🤣刺身~師傅個招牌 - 海洋珍寶真係令人好滿足,足足有八層食材:牡丹蝦、吞拿魚蓉、赤身、蟹肉、海膽、帶子等等⋯ 一啖咬落去個口感好正😋 不過真係好大舊,成舊放入口就有啲困難⋯⋯大大舊帶子比大拖高一級嘅拖羅生蠔鮑魚白粟米好甜好爽,師傅話係呢個季節先有㗎鯛魚湯 - 熬咗7-8個鐘,好鮮甜同埋有魚香味,好好飲 continue reading

星期二的lunch time,幾乎包場,我們二人選擇了坐吧枱。點了一個$588的omakase,和6款刺身set。服務態度一流,廚師會主動與客人溝通,他問了我們是否需要每件壽司都平均分開兩份,讓我們share,我說不用。食物方面,食材新鮮是基本,以帶子為例:廚師給了我們一款冰鮮帶子和一款新鮮帶子,一款鮮甜,一款清爽,但兩者都很美味,說明解凍功夫做得非常好。基本上每一道菜都見到廚師很用心製作食物。向大家推介一款在其他餐廳未見過的食物:煙燻熟成油甘魚刺身(味道出眾,文字無法形容)。 continue reading

家人忽然想吃廚師發板,在開飯前2、3小時,大家都知,出名都應該訂不到位。在尖沙咀找到2間,選間放便拍車。一行5人,到了漆黑一片,冷氣不足,坐下餐牌只有15貫及另一個6刺身9壽司的Omakase,我們坐sushi 吧台,眼見到有一小點黑色東西在sushi 吧行過,也當自己時運低,眼見住頭頭尾尾的O toro 就給15貫,中間好少少就給個貴D的餐,上完所有,沒有說什麼,便放蛋及湯,付款時, 待應去拿雪糕,此餐接近$8000,是我在港吃過最有進步空間的廚師發板餐廳。 continue reading

據說餐廳岩岩轉左手,所以今日無booking所以我可以包左個場同高太食晚飯高太尋日個肚胃唔太舒服,所以今日唸住食清啲食下日本野我地今日食$1480既set前菜三點海膽豆腐好好食豆腐入面已經有淡淡既海膽香味上面再鋪一啲北海道海膽再加三文魚籽令人感到超幸福既前菜左口魚薄切有一塊細細塊既左口魚有輕輕火炙過,果細細塊既左口魚有滿滿油香好味活北寄貝加帶子剌身活北寄貝鮮甜可口帶子爽脆有咬口生蠔配檸檬啫喱生蠔清甜爽脆依個八爪魚好好食既軟身又淋滑拖羅無筋而且油脂岩岩好燒吞拿魚面珠dum幾特別既部位不過個汁調味濃左少少金目鯛海膽撈飯將海膽同寿司飯撈埋幾得意蟹羔蟹肉三文魚籽海膽杯唔使多講都知到最後既吸物就無咩特別依度既玉子燒都好好食,可惜無影到相高太食到一半已經飽到捧住個肚依排高太成日唔係飛我,就一句唔妥即刻發哂圍甘希望今餐包左場請完佢食飯之後,我会有反啲好日子過啦 continue reading
