男朋友無意中講左一句「好耐無食鐵板燒」🤔,所以決定食鐵板燒同佢慶生😏。雖然螢火有好多好評,但大家都知道好多打手🙉,所以我除左睇哂所有嘅食評同相外、連google map、FB、YT相關嘅資料都睇哂。最終得出可以一試呢個結論🤓。平日星期二中午12點零嚟到,當時只有幾位食客。我地被安排坐鐵板Bar枱,由於客人唔多,所以師傅專心只為我地兩個烹煮😃。點餐後,職員問我地要唔要90分鐘任飲指定清酒放題,有酒助興,又點可以拒絕呢?!!😏 我無問係邊款清酒,不過飲落好甜好易入口😋,我個人幾中意,不過飲一支仔已經好頭暈😂 留番比男友一人享用。商務精選午餐$540/位前菜:拖羅刺身+胡麻醬沙律菜前者普通唔夠鮮甜,後者醬落太多,不過菜好新鮮。打頭陣嘅熱食係大大隻、生猛南非鮑魚!! 😃師傅介紹先食原味,之後沾旁邊嘅黑松露醬增添風味。鮑魚爽彈、鮮甜,男友全餐最中意係佢。清酒煮蜆,雖然每人只有三隻,但每隻都好飽滿、鮮甜😋。大蜆煮至開殼就被師傅夾起,所以食落好軟滑。清酒煮後只留下甜味,再加少許青蔥、海藻,令酒後頭暈嘅我即時清醒唔少😏。鵝肝多士非常肥美鵝肝外焦內軟滑配薄脆多士係經典嘅配搭,份量雖然唔大,但足以令人油膩感爆燈🙈,旁邊偏酸嘅柚子啫喱成為解膩神器!!美國厚切&薄切牛肉兩款都唔係油花好靚嘅牛肉,所以無乜牛味。厚牛肉比想像中軟淋多汁,可以配脆蒜片或者芥未醬一齊食。薄切反而相比之下比較有驚喜😯,雖然無牛味可現,但煎左好耐卻完全唔韌,加上卷左大量洋蔥、蒜蓉、青蔥增添香氣,點埋芥未醬,幾好味喎!!🤤櫻花蝦蛋炒飯配荷包蛋、味噌湯、漬物燶邊蛋配橙黃色嘅蛋黃,未食都已經覺得吸引!!🤤 夾起煎蛋會聞到櫻花蝦香,雖然食落無聞落咁濃味,不過整體唔錯。套餐嘅尾星可以揀咖啡或雪糕(當日係紅豆味)需要每日一啡嘅我,揀左咖啡,而男友就揀左雪糕。另外經Openrice 訂枱慶生會送蛋糕,為今餐畫上完美句號👏。雖然南非鮑魚同食評有少許出入,但整體食物味道、職員服務態度、師傅嘅烹調手法及介紹、環境及座位舒適程度都令我地留下良好嘅印象,所以將餐廳列入「可以再次光顧」嘅名單中。 continue reading

生日月朋友特登揀咗食鐵板燒同我慶祝,最特別係可以喺iPad寫上祝福字句,投映天燈許願,好適合慶祝特別日子,另外喺訂座嘅時候註明慶祝生日,仲會有蛋糕送。今次揀左商務精選午餐($540/位)同埋商務特選午餐($640/位),《螢火清酒祭多重優惠》午市惠顧任何鐵板燒/Omakase套餐,附送一款Sake任飲90分鐘,仲可以優惠價$80換購日本海膽杯乙個。入面有鐵板燒房可以book,私隱度極高。沙律沙律蔬菜新鮮,口感脆嫩,搭配麻醬。拖羅刺身野生拖羅刺身炙燒過後油脂豐富,入口即化,口感鮮美。澳洲龍蝦用左龍蝦膏製作濃郁嘅醬汁,令龍蝦既鮮甜味道更加突出,煎過既龍蝦肉爽口鮮甜。南非鮑魚南非鮑魚肉質鮮美有嚼勁,搭配微鹹既海苔汁,可以點少少香氣濃郁既黑松露醬,上面加左三文魚籽,口感層次豐富。帆立貝煎香嘅帆立貝味道鮮甜,上面加咗魚子醬,增添奢華感。鵝肝多士鵝肝醇厚細膩,配合烘過既多士,上面加左柚子啫喱,柚子啫喱清新酸甜,解膩之餘提升了整道菜的層次感。清酒煮蜆蜆肉鮮甜,湯汁鮮美,帶有淡淡既酒香,每一口蜆肉都充滿住清新味道。美國牛肉薄燒/厚燒一次過試晒美國牛肉有薄燒同埋厚燒2種,搭配芥末醬和蒜片一齊食。牛肉肉質鮮嫩,薄燒口感細膩,厚燒咬感十足,微辣既芥未醬和香脆既蒜片為牛肉增色不少。櫻花蝦炒飯米飯粒粒分明,每一口都係櫻花蝦鮮香,炒飯火候恰到好處。吸物用澳洲龍蝦頭熬製,湯頭濃郁,充滿龍蝦既鮮美,每一口湯都能感受到龍蝦的精華,非常暖胃。甜品開心果雪糕香氣濃郁,仲有粒粒開心果,甜而不膩。生日甜品訂座嘅時候備注慶祝生日,是日生日甜品係伯爵茶蛋糕,口感綿密,茶香濃郁。 continue reading
