自從上次在Restaurant week來過 我就念念不忘 印象最深刻的就是環境非常好看 竟然性價比那麼高urban house的日系水泥灰氛圍感十足設計融合現代的審美以及和風的簡約今次特別預約了lunch time過來吃鐵板燒最好提早預約 那天我旁邊都有一些遊客來人均只需要$398 已經包含了2款海鮮和肉類的套餐 整體感覺都是十分豐富的-服務我認為是人均1500以上的水平非常推介 期待下次吃晚市的套餐-頭盤是煙三文魚的沙律 🥗/海苔蟹肉茶碗蒸 鮮味十足 /海鮮方面,我選了銀鱈魚和扇貝朋友選了銀鱈魚和北寄貝今日的師傅是女生 但是技巧真的很棒魚皮煎很薄脆 銀鱈魚很香滑 火候掌握得很好食材吃得出使用上好的 擺盤也很精緻當然不可以少了貝類 扇貝和北寄貝 我們倆share吃 兩款也這麼好吃帆立貝加上了三文魚子 鹹香鹹香 好吃尤其是北寄貝 加上了蔬菜和昆布高湯精緻到捨不得吃今日最愛之一🥰薄燒牛肉 重點是包裹着 昆布 和牛蒡很和風的感覺 比起蒜蓉好吃太多平衡油膩感的小能手調味很有意思 吃完還想再吃-最後還可以欣賞到炒飯的表現炒得太好了吧 還有超美的流心荷包蛋微焦的脆邊 令我很滿足 還有一份炒蔬菜和麵豉湯整個套餐真的很圓滿 竟然還沒有完還有一份雪糕作為甜品 吃完太飽了 我們到了4樓的庭園坐坐聊聊天期待下次再訪 continue reading

之前第一次去對佢嘅印象覺得幾好,所以今次媽咪生日諗住帶佢嚟食,第一次我哋係一個好似叫做Purple嘅男師傅,可惜今次唔係佢。但係今次呢個女師傅令到我極度失望,全程黑口黑面,煮煮下又出去撳電話,然後全個過程如果唔係出聲問佢根本佢冇開聲介紹過啲食物,全個過程就喺度捽頭捽頸,一副極度不耐煩嘅態度,講真從未試過個師傅會係咁樣,然後到最後收好晒嘢又同我哋講漏咗一樣鵝肝未煮🙂‍↕️雖然成間房好私隱環境係唔錯,好可惜唔會再有下次。 continue reading
