每次有特別的慶祝活動時,我總會選擇來到丼吉。這裡的環境空間感非常寬敞,設有多個卡位,私密性十足,非常適合與朋友聚會和聊天。餐廳的裝潢簡約而不失雅致,讓人感到放鬆與愉悅。我見到最裏面還有一個VIP房,當日剛剛見到有人用VIP房去慶祝公司活動。這次我們點了二人餐,有生蠔豬扒同豬柳$4981. 豬扒 金黃色的豬扒,外表微微焦脆,令人垂涎。肉質嫩滑,咬下去時彈牙的口感讓人驚喜,絕對是一道主菜中的亮點,調味適中,肉味濃郁,完美地展現了豬肉的鮮美。加上他的豬扒汁,令人更加開胃,減小炸豬扒的油膩感2. 生蠔 新鮮的生蠔!服務生會提供少許鹽,輕輕撒在生蠔上,瞬間提升了鮮味,生蠔趁新鮮食咗先。3. 椰菜與白飯這裡的椰菜可以隨意添加,清新爽口,搭配白飯食用,讓整餐更加豐富,增添了層次感。椰菜略有甜味中和豬扒的油膩感。椰菜和白飯都可以免費任加✨另外野菜我最鍾意就是點紫菜油,酸酸地很開胃。4.餐後小點餐後,餐廳還會提供甜美的西瓜和茶,西瓜的甜度剛好,清爽可口,為整頓飯劃上完美的句號。查有點苦,像中國的功夫茶。丼吉無疑是慶祝活動的理想選擇,不僅食物質量上乘,環境也讓人感到舒適。侍應生每一次買單都會問你要不要買現金券,我每次都冇買,因為怕會過期。 continue reading

香港見到ge日式餐飲除左壽司、拉麵之外,炸物亦大受香港人歡迎。始終炸物香口惹味,好難令人唔鍾意。呢間TONKICHI日本本店,其實已經流傳港人口中好多年,話系其中一間必食名店;店舖主打「吉列」類豬、牛及蝦類炸物,食物款式以定食為主。但系,我呢次去ge尖沙嘴分店,開正The One裡面,所以價位絕對唔相宜。但系,小弟難得「牛一」唔駛系工作中度過,又甘多年無悠閒過,又忍唔住奢侈一次。呢次試ge﹐就系佢地其中一款主打-「鹿兒島厚切豚肉定食」。之前未試過呢間ge「吉列」界愛好者,就甘望呢張相,可能心捻:「好似只系用高級擺設,裝份日式炸豬扒姐」小弟未試之前,都系捻吉列豬扒,度度食都差唔多;結果...自然系直接打左小弟塊面兩巴,無聲抗議小弟無知。左上角個細碟小伴菜,分量輕微,以酸味為主,適合炎炎夏日開餐前「醒胃」。右上角個碗misou,昆布份量適中、黃豆味比起坊間製作ge濃,更重要系裡面原來有海鮮吊味(食到有蜆)。碗湯我留左最尾飲。最令小弟開心ge,系個主菜同白飯。平時日式餐廳食到ge,主要系珍珠米,米飯粒粒分明;呢間ge白飯微微黏口,但唔系屋企飯煲煮出黎個種效果。終之同跟住落黎介紹ge豬扒異常夾。終於要介紹份「吉列豬扒」;豬扒特意選擇厚切,甘先令我領教到豬扒本身點優質。側邊配菜同調味同塊豬扒選擇多多,非常適合小弟嘗鮮-1.  厚切豬扒配左大份量生菜絲同小番茄,驚豬扒太膩ge話,可以直接豬扒夾埋生菜絲,一口食落去2.  如果想系豬扒外衣同肉之間再微微添加咬口,可以將豬扒直接蘸上白芝麻3.  如果想試「咸上加咸」個種獨有感覺,可以將豬扒直接蘸上細碟海鹽(小弟推薦)4.  當然,檸檬同黃芥末呢兩樣「日式炸物例牌」同樣有提供至於主角豬扒,至少系小弟暫時食過最好食ge。豬扒個層外衣薄而不鬆散,而且非常香口;豬扒肉質更加系微韌帶嫩(部分再微微帶本身油脂)對住呢份定食,至少我唔可以囫圇吞棗,要好好享受呢份奢侈品。呢間名店開系The One入面,價錢自然至少系「LV」級別價錢。但系服務唔差,餐後仲有細杯生果,始終「一分錢一分貨」,要賀自己牛一就預左。將來有機會ge話,可以試埋「吉列牛」同「吉列蝦」 continue reading

呢排工作壓力太大,真係要好好咁獎勵一下自己,所以就嚟咗呢度食個炸豬扒午市定食連埋加一最平都要200蚊,真係好貴,但係喺香港又真係冇咩其他地方有咁好食嘅炸豬扒由於太耐冇嚟,仲記得以前有芝麻醬配椰菜,但係而家芝麻醬變咗做柚子汁同埋紫菜汁,我覺得都係芝麻醬最好味另外嗰炸豬扒其實真係唔使多講,質素仍然保持住,一啲都唔會太油,外面超級鬆脆,豬扒嘅質地唔硬,但係有咬口,不過好似越來越細塊咁整體嚟講食完係有滿足感嘅 continue reading

和朋友點了上級吉列豬排、豬柳、廣島生蠔定食上級吉列豬排:麵包糠裹着豬排,炸完以後金黃金黃酥脆 ,一口咬下去發出咔咔咔的聲音,外酥裏嫩,內裏豬排嫩滑多汁,肉質不柴,可見廚師有用心製作,吃完不會覺得油膩~吉列豬柳相比之下更喜歡豬排的口感,更豐富多層次廣島生蠔:生蠔🦪肥美鮮嫩,一口爆汁,好吃😋超喜歡椰菜絲甜甜脆脆的口感 好清爽~搭配西柚汁,酸酸甜甜,好入味,椰菜絲還可以無限添加麵豉湯 豆腐 海帶 還有蜆肉 個人感覺稍稍有點鹹 白飯顆粒飽滿 軟軟糯糯 最後送上了西瓜🍉和玄米茶🍵,可以中和一下熱氣😆 continue reading
