我又黎食晚飯喇!呢到就黎變左我飯堂,因為又抵又好食!我地仲叫左個性價比最高嘅叫法😏我地4人有2個都唔好飯;所以我地分別叫咗:燒鵝飯 同 四寶飯 然後再加3碟小菜:鹹蛋蒸肉餅、潮式煎蠔餅、九菜花炒鹹肉 。咁樣叫法岩岩好,因為佢啲份量都幾大份,如果叫一碟燒鵝又食唔哂,叫燒鵝飯價錢平,又包野飲,又可以滿足大家食少飯;四寶飯又可以變多左餸,望落3小菜2燒味,但四寶飯變相3小菜,燒鵝、叉燒、燒肉、雞、咸蛋;又有飯share,呢2個飯又有野飲跟埋 。燒鵝又好食,雞又好食,燒肉皮又脆,所以呢到燒味係好食;而估唔到小炒都一樣咁正,尤其係煎蠔餅呢碟真係有驚喜,好食到不得了,連相都唔記得映。蠔算大粒,唔會好多炸粉,又脆又好味!仲唔駛點汁仲好食啲,因為個汁偏咸 。肉餅同九菜花就正正常常,下次可以叫其他 。但蠔餅同燒味飯下次可以再番單!每人晚飯均價$105,尖沙咀黎講真係好抵! continue reading

·榕哥陳皮燒鵝·最近喺尖沙咀多咗好多間食燒鵝/燒味嘅餐廳,有啲食過都覺得麻麻地。呢一間之前未開尖沙咀分店嘅時候,已經係佐敦食過幾次,以前食嘅時候覺得好神奇地真係有陳皮味。所以依家見佢喺尖沙咀開咗分店,搵日晚餐就試吓尖沙咀分店係咪都係咁好食。燒鵝瀨粉燒鵝嘅質素同以前喺佐敦食嘅差唔多,表皮咬落有少少脆脆地,而入邊都係保持到肉汁。但係唔知點解陳皮味好似冇佐敦食嘅時候咁重味,比較似普通燒味店好食嘅燒鵝。燒鵝叉燒雙拼飯同行朋友食嘅雙拼飯燒鵝同我嘅差唔多,而叉燒都係正常發揮,不過不失。服務質素以前喺佐敦食嘅時候,可能因為鋪面比較細嘅關係,同樓面嘅姐姐有時都會傾吓計。而尖沙咀分店可能因為鋪面比較大,樓面姐姐相對之下都比較忙碌,要照顧更加多嘅客人,所以冇咁有人情味。但係依然都係好有禮貌,值得欣賞呢 continue reading
