Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 一生人從來都沒有一秒有光顧牛角的打算,今晚終於打破這個命運。事源由政府又亂派晚市才可以用的$100餐飲卷開始。一直以來我對食物的要求就是經濟,飽肚,味道適合。上網查些牛角資料,原來有分單點的牛角日本燒肉專門店和牛角buffet。牛角buffet時間短+貴已經不作考慮。而牛角日本燒肉專門店亦不見得好很多。單點食物都是貴得很,那個聽聞必點的牛角飯要$32,加一後即是要$35。再查探得深入一些知道晚上9時後會有優惠。不過折價後仍然很貴,但餐飲卷已到手,那就很不情願去與小絲一試,亦都不會再試的牛角。晚上9時去到已沒甚麼客人,環境尚算可以,餐桌有點少,但已比同類的燒肉店大。點食物時,看著那個價值$35的牛角飯很掙扎。內心不停盤算著,$35已夠我去吃一餐很滿足的麥當勞,這裡吃一碗白飯+飯素+蔥=$35?實在過不到自己心理關口,反反復復看了幾次,久久不能下單。之後都開始有點餓,又看看四周客人又真的每人一碗,最後就豁出去點單送出。美國牛胸腹$188牛胸腹油脂多,又因為油脂多,所以都會以薄切來進食,減低油膩感。用來做打邊爐的肥牛很合適,但其實用都來燒烤都很好,油脂在燒的時候滴走,吃的時候就減少了油膩感。但用來燒烤牛胸腹要厚一些,這碟的肉太薄。而這裡的牛本身就有少許的調味,所以牛味近乎沒有。不過來得這些燒肉店都是點醬汁吃。這裡有5款醬汁。每款都試了,自己最喜愛是普通牛肉汁,不會太甜太濃。豬頸肉$46份量很少,但目測已經知道肉質不是一般在街市買到$30/1塊的貨色。與牛肉一樣,豬頸肉已經有少許調味醃製,所以燒出來特別焦香。這裡的豬頸肉肉質很好,沒有腥臊味,口感亦有豬頸肉爽脆特徵。是近年食過的豬肉最好味道之一。牛角飯$32每個人吃過牛角都必推的牛角飯,今天終於可以品嚐。吃完之後就很失望,不是不好吃,只是好吃得太普通。就是飯+飯素+蔥。每個人在家都可以簡單完成的食物。其餘的多春魚和帶子太普通就不多說了。這餐飯若沒有優惠要$420,很貴不值。而且份量很少,吃得不夠爽,又吃不飽。夜晚9點後優惠時段折扣後$371,仍然很貴。使用餐飲優惠券再減$100到$271,是可接受的晚餐消費。最後吃完這餐飯後,有很口渴的感覺就知道醬汁很味精。根本就不是吃食材,而是吃醬汁。阿偉評價:貴,不抵食,食物太依靠多款選擇的醬汁。推介指數:4/10 continue reading
