To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行完一田🛒，找間餐廳坐坐和吃點東西，選了從未光顧過的eaaat.🍝煎蛋卡邦尼意大利麵條$78，有煙肉粒、菇片、紅黃綠椒粒、幼蘆筍條等，意粉質感煙韌，還有一隻少許燶邊的流黃蛋，各食材的配搭和調味，整體味道不錯🍜玉子雞肉雞白湯烏冬$65，雞胸肉質雖不太嫩，但也不是太嚡，可以接受，烏冬的份量都幾多，湯ok，而賣相就一般🍄🟫特濃蘑菇忌廉湯及香草多士$15(加配)，每羹都飲到幼細蘑菇粒，忌廉湯調校得「杰」一些更好🍹Tea Menu ☕️

平時好少嚟屯門，今日同朋友喺v city行街， 行到咁上下有啲口痕， 見到商場好多人都攞住支 甜筒黎食， 即刻覺得好好奇， 同時都令我好想食甜筒。突然見到一張海報， 原來今日有甜筒買一送一優惠，我同朋友二話不說就去買了。我地叫咗抹茶焙茶雙色軟雪糕筒，雪糕非常之滑， 抹茶同焙茶味濃，雪糕甜而不膩，非常滿足～

行過好多次都無試，今日終於一試。叫左魚柳漢堡飽（魚柳好炸得油）+青檸soda (簡單清新）+ 藍莓waffle (上面有白糖粒 ，味道好似現成買嘅，真係麻麻）配雪糕（好有奶香，幾好味）。

9月初，約左朋友去T PARK，因為V CITY有穿梭巴士去T PARK，所以我地約好係V CITY，由於時間太早，餐廳完全沒有人，環境非常安靜，我可以享受一個寧靜的早餐時光。我點了他們的豐盛早餐套餐，裡面包含了香草麵包、香草豬肉腸、炒蛋、巴馬火腿沙律、迷你稻庭烏冬和粟米粒。香草麵包味道特別，內部鬆軟。香草豬肉腸的味道並不太突出，有點淡。在這份套餐中，巴馬火腿沙律是我最喜歡的一道菜。沙律裡的巴馬火腿帶有咸香的味道，與新鮮蔬菜的清爽完美搭配。迷你稻庭烏冬麵條細滑彈牙，但味道比較淡，剛好適合早上食得清淡一些。總的來說，我對eaaat.餐廳的豐盛早餐套餐印象還不錯。雖然有些菜品的味道比較平淡，但整體而言，食物的質量和口感都不錯。如果你喜歡安靜的環境，在這裡享受一頓寧靜的早餐是個不錯的選擇。

今次和朋友來了屯門V city 想想有什麼好吃和坐得舒服的地方一落電梯便看到了這間白色清新的主題的一間餐廳日光由大窗映射入來 光線十分充足那時不用等位 直接坐進了半sofa位置叫了以下食物/1）日式咖哩軟殼蟹蛋包飯 $118 香香的咖哩味、滑流的炒蛋包住d飯、軟殼蟹炸得外脆內軟 味道也可以、咖喱汁可以再濃一些2）經典安格斯芝士煙肉手打漢堡配薯條 $118 外相十分好、漢堡的包是煎烤過 加上牛油 十分香；肉質十分多汁 配上芝士和煙肉 一口咬 十分滿足薯條亦炸得適中、好吃3） 凍咖啡 另加$24 夏熱天真的很岩坐在舒適的環境下 嘆返杯咖啡～ 總括來說 我會再次來吃
