CUPPING ROOM的這家分店剛開業的時候來過， 及後數次路過都告客滿，這次慶幸終於找到了位置， 來到久違了的CUPPING ROOM。不是店員的告知， 也不知道原來這家分了堂食， 和Public Area 兩個區域， 公共空間那邊是自行選擇位置的， 不用帶位。也難怪這邊就像Starbucks一樣， 有不少大學生做功課， 甚至是補習了。但文迪還是喜歡這個公共空間， 雖然空調稍有不足但當有日光灑落時， 感覺十分舒適愜意， 這才是咖啡店該有的氛圍。今次試試CUPPING ROOM的名物Smorrebrod歐式三文治($128)， 可以任意配搭兩種口味，配搭方面有很大的自由度。而當中最推介牛油果Pan-seared Saallop & Avocado， 香煎帶子鮮甜， 配微微鹹香的三文魚子， 那是海洋的味道。另一款選了無花果榛子乳酪醬Fig & Hazelnut Toast， 一鹹一甜就當是飯後甜點吧。 這無花果味道十分清新， 但面層的花生碎不夠新鮮， 味道怪怪的。兩片酸種麵包外脆內軟， 是相當飽肚的主食， 不過價格不便宜。Latte($42)的拉花都幾抽象，但難得啡香奶味夠平衡，商場咖啡店來說表現相當不錯。Cupping Room屯門屯門鄉事會路83號V City地下13&15號舖) continue reading

    餐廳有cake set，就叫了一杯大 Latte 和Blueberry Cheese，𠄘惠$80再加一。咖啡不錯的，蛋糕賣相都很美。上一次試過original basque cake，食到一半已很飽了，所以這次叫cheesecake，這個cheesecake沒什麼芝士味，夾層有藍莓醬，底層是一般餅碎底，味道偏甜，總括一句，個人認為這裡的蛋糕很膩。這餐廳環境本來是蠻好的，有一邊是商場的落地大玻璃，但無奈任何時候這裡都坐滿了來溫書的學生😓。 continue reading

    Cupping Room開咗咁耐，今次都係第一次去光顧，主要係被開心果的Tiramisu吸引，近期大熱的開心果食品，沒有令人失望，開心果醬餡做得非常好，食到淡淡的開心果味，仲有粒粒的開心果肉，口感非常好，甜度又啱啱好，加上香滑軟綿的Tiramisu蛋糕，配搭出色😋😋😋除此之外，我哋還叫了一杯Fat White 、Espresso Tonic，咖啡香濃又香滑❤️❤️❤️，真的不錯店裏的環境寬敞又舒服，唯一不足是，人多的時候需要搭枱，希望可以改善這安排。 continue reading

    一直都知道呢度咖啡出名，但坐底食lunch仲係第一次

    途經屯門，又想近近地係鐵路站附近簡單食個lunch，openrice咗一番，最後決定黎cupping room食。當日12點準時到達，但餐廳已經坐滿人，對面嘅位置屬於公共空間，唔屬於餐廳自己本身，不過如果顧客想坐，都可以選擇坐喺呢個位置食飯。由於去嗰日係公眾假期，所以所有野都要單叫。🍄全日早餐，$128，份量好澎拜，好似都幾抵食🍄凍黑咖啡🍄班尼迪克蛋配手撕豬，孜然味重，太搶太突出🍄北歐式三文治（香煎帶子配牛油果、紅蝦）呢兩款都好好食，個帶子配上牛油果好清新，紅蝦跟嘅醬亦都好好味😋有少少出乎我意料之外。🍄金沙鹹蛋黃薯條，香口但熱氣😂呢餐整體都算滿意，上菜速度都好快，下次有機會再試吓佢啲意粉。 continue reading
