To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 次次想食海鮮,都一定會去呢間,因為煮得實在太好味😋首先要去三聖邨買海鮮,次次都去第一間買(見最多人幫襯),所以唔知其他會唔會更好🤣買完姐姐會問你去邊間食,佢會幫你拎埋上酒樓。豉椒炒大蟶子煎米餅:大推必食👍🏻蟶子又唔會煮到好un,啱啱好。煎米餅好似星期一至四先有,平時有烏冬底。d豉汁索曬喺煎米餅度,正😋豉油蝦:真係勁惹味😍😍😍好味到要連殼食埋😂又係必食!蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝:勁多蒜蓉,蒜蓉控表示見到都開心😄上湯龍蝦伊麵:正常發揮,龍蝦淡淡肉😍之前食過芝士焗龍蝦(無伊麵),聽聞係呢度最出名,但我覺得搶咗龍蝦味。最後仲要甜品送😋試過lunch去呢間飲茶,點心都係好味嘅,但預咗好多人。總括嚟講會一去再去,如果唔係住大西北嘅朋友,都值得咁遠都去試吓5人份量,海鮮買咗$7xx,加工費唔記得咗😅預海鮮價錢x2

屋企人生日食豪d!我地成家都鐘意食海鮮,而生日個位提出想去三聖食海鮮,我二話不說即刻去打電話book位!不過平日夜晚都仲有幾多空位,可能呢排暑假,好多人吾系香港。因為幾年前食過呢間,啲野整得幾好,所以再黎encore!海鮮系自己系留下啲海鮮檔買,買完自己拎上去酒樓,同酒樓啲人講點煮,酒樓按返重量收返加工費,另外茶芥加一呢啲都吾少得。個人感覺都無呃秤,4個人連埋買海鮮既錢total平均400-500蚊一個人。椒鹽賴尿蝦我地買吾到大隻賴尿蝦,不過都幾有肉,椒鹽味吾系好辣,幾惹味。酒樓有酒精濕紙巾同手套提供。蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝元具大大粒,廚房有清腸清理得夠乾淨,蒜蓉同粉絲既量都夠多!豉椒炒蟶子 加煎米粉底第一次食炒米粉底,系酒樓職員建議,話加埋豉椒味一齊食幾正,又可以慳返吾洗叫白飯。米粉煎到一餅餅,撈埋豉椒汁食的確幾好味,無推介錯!蟶子炒得岩岩好,無炒到好老!

昨天星期一好久冇去咁就試吓最初早晨優惠到11點於是大約10::45 到左豬紅,水餃一直到11:40到未、來吹個說做緊成個鐘到未來好啦到來時候這兩樣嘢不夠hot好難食係咪不夠人見到好多食客都追單可能係食飯時間但你哋都要安排好好人手最重要有些食物不夠hot 望三姐向你們高層返影吓盡快改善吧!😡Yo

屋企人生日,聽朋友介紹嚟呢度食,果然冇介紹錯。海鮮美味,環境寬敞,態度友善。普通一個蒸蝦,個蝦都好鮮美,賣相吸引,垂涎欲滴。仲有蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,粉絲索晒味,扇貝啱啱好(其中一隻未熟,老細送咗個甜品補償)。跟住到炒蜆,鮮甜好味,完全冇沙,全開。最後有椒鹽瀨尿蝦,超好食,彈牙實淨唔霉個椒鹽惹味得嚟冇蓋過瀨尿蝦本身嘅鮮味。炒菜呢啲基本嘢唔使多講,鑊氣嬴晒。個個都話三聖劏人,唔試真係唔知咁正,值得一試再試。
